on Tuesday 21st July 2026 I was unable to access my internet banking. After spending over a $100 on phone calls and being put through from department I was finally put through to Action Line Fraud department. I was initially told there was a suspicious transaction on my account and my banking was suspended. during later phone calls I was told someone had phoned in and said they were in a car accident and cell phone stolen. I have waste way too much time dealing with departments that cannot resolve to internal problem caused that has become my problem. Apparently the fraud department has told me they need to investigate but while my banking is frozen I will not be able to pay any bills due. They have told me they will not be liable for any penalties incurred.
Claimed loss: Money for phone calls and any penalties on late payment bills
Desired outcome: Would like my internet banking reinstated ASAP
