We needed to call a plumber to detach the gas line to our old dryer. The first delivery failed as the unit was damaged. This was on Thursday, May 15, 2025. The second delivery was today, May 16, 2025. We attempted to turn on the dryer! It would not turn on, or even light up. This was after the plumber came back and reattached the gas line. We called LG support. Tech informed us that if we turned off the circuit breaker and then turned it back on, the dryer may light up. If not, we have a bad dryer board. We followed the instructions and I would not light up. We called the Centerline store, where we purchased it from, and they said we could have a replacement or wait for a tech to come out, but not until next Wednesday. I have not had a washer and dryer since last Monday. And, I understand that is not your fault. So we opted for the replacement. The plumber then had to detach the gas line. Now when the new unit comes tomorrow, the plumber must return to reattach the gas line! Now! I am into the plumber for 325.00. This is not the salesman’s fault. However, the discounts we received do not match the outlay of money I paid the plumber! The first delivery was probably the fault of the warehouse. The second was the product. I really am quite discouraged with the whole mess!
