This sauna is amazing! It's seriously one of the best things I've ever bought. Working with this company has been a breeze. My neighbor actually told me about them because they got a sauna from here years ago and loved it too.

I have a sauna that is 7 years old and yesterday I went to get in it and I noticed 2 of my heaters weren’t working, so I said I’ve got 2 heaters out. After calling these guys I found out I had a wire burnt and just had to fix it, took me about an hour and my sauna is working just fine now with all 5 of my heaters working. BUYER BEWARE. I did a lot of research on saunas before choosing the Clearlight Infrared Sauna. One of the reasons I picked this sauna was because of the app that allows me to start it remotely. It takes about 45 minutes to warm up, so I use the app to start it while I'm out on the mountain or in meetings. It's a nice feature, so if you're interested, keep reading... The customer service for this sauna is TERRIBLE considering how much you pay for it. Absolutely terrible. The app worked perfectly from Dec 2020 to Dec 2021, but then it suddenly stopped working. I followed the setup instructions and searched the internet and forums for solutions, trying everything I found. I don't usually write reviews like this, but I'm so disappointed with my interactions with them that I feel compelled to. Save yourself the time and effort and choose another company. There are plenty of infrared sauna options available, and this company doesn't deserve your business if you expect good customer service after spending a fortune on their product. I've included detailed notes below about my interactions with them, the timeline, and the person I dealt with. I've wasted hours of my life on this with no success. Also, notice how they only respond to positive reviews or claim they have no record of negative feedback. I have saved every email and voicemail from this interaction, so they can't say the same about me.

I gotta say, my experience with Sauna Works / Clearlight Infrared Saunas has been a bit of a rollercoaster. I ordered my sauna on December 1st, and it finally arrived on March 1st. Took a while, but hey, at least it showed up, right? Well, that's when the problems started.

When I opened the crates, I noticed that the corner molding on the side had fallen off, leaving the staples exposed. The backrest slat was cracked, and the roof was damaged too. I immediately reached out to customer service, and let me tell you, it's been a struggle. I've sent countless emails and made phone calls, and I even went as far as emailing the founder of Clearlight sauna after months of waiting around.

Eventually, they sent me a new backrest and roof, and even sent a technician to install them. But honestly, it didn't seem like these guys knew what they were doing. They tried to install the backrest, but it just wasn't the same as the original, so they couldn't get it to fit. And when they installed the roof, turns out it was the wrong one. Talk about a bummer.

To make matters worse, the sauna didn't heat up as well as it used to, and the Bluetooth wasn't working either. So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and investigate. Lo and behold, I discovered that the replacement backrest was 48 inches wide, while the original was 49 1/2 inches. No wonder the holes didn't line up! And get this, the replacement only had 4 screws, while the original had 6. Oh, and did I mention that the service tech didn't even bother to replace all the screws, so it was all loose and wobbly?

I took off the backrest and found that all the insulation and reflection paper had fallen down. I had to reattach everything myself. Then, I removed the roof they had installed and realized that the replacement roof was missing some connection wires. No wonder the sauna wasn't heating up properly and the Bluetooth wasn't working! I ended up reinstalling the original roof, and thankfully, everything started working fine again. But the damage to the sauna was still there.

I reached out to ***, their operations person, and updated him on the whole situation. He told me they were going to send me a new sauna. But after dealing with this for 4 months, I decided to offer them a different solution. I said I'd be willing to get everything fixed myself, dispose of the replacement roof in my garage, and they wouldn't have to send a new sauna. In return, I asked if they could consider giving me a rebate on the purchase price. They offered me a $200 rebate and a heat lamp, which I appreciated.

I thanked them for their generous offer and asked them to let me know when the sauna would be shipped. I also inquired about what they wanted to do with the replacement roof. That was on July 1st, and guess what? I haven't heard back from them. But hey, that's not surprising at this point.

I suppose if you're lucky enough to not have any damage or need any service, you might be fine with Sauna Works / Clearlight Infrared Saunas. But if you're thinking about going with them, I'd recommend checking out some other reviews where people have had questionable experiences with their customer service.

I bought a Premier IS-3 sauna and it don't heat right. I called for help but nobody called me back.

I bought a Sauna from Sauna Works in November . Unfortunately, it stopped working in December , which is still within the warranty period. I contacted the seller for repair, but they have been giving me the runaround, saying that the part is something I can replace myself. However, they haven't sent me the necessary part(s) yet. I've tried to speak with the management about this issue 10 times, but haven't been able to reach them. As a result, my sauna has been unusable since December .

I bought a Red Light Therapy Tower from Sauna Works / Clearlight Infrared Saunas, but it's been a total dud. I reached out to their customer service, and they said it might be the power supply and keypad causing the issue. They sent me new ones, but sadly, that didn't solve the problem. I've tried contacting them several times since then, but they haven't bothered getting back to me. The red light tower is still as useless as ever. All I want is a replacement that actually works.

We got a new house and my wife bought a Clearlight Sanctuary C 4 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Corner Western Red Canadian Cedar Sauna from Sauna Works. When we moved in, there was some wood damage on this sauna from delivery. My wife called Customer Service and they told her that this damage was not covered. I looked at this Sauna and I don't understand why I paid so much for this Sauna and Sauna Works can't even send these wood replacement parts which cost no more than $20. There was another issue regarding the outlet connection in which Sauna Works gave us the wrong information. I found out the correct information and I paid an Electrician to fix this outlet. My primary goal is for Sauna Works to send me these wood replacement parts as this was damaged through shipment and it is under warranty.

I bought a light tower add-on for my infrared sauna on July 1. Got it pretty quick and it was all good for about 10 hours of use. But then, it just stopped working right. I reached out to Infrared Sauna and they said a tech support person would get in touch. After a day or two, I got an email with a copy of the manual (which I already had, it came with the unit). The email basically said, "I hope this helps, if not, let us know and someone will call." The manual didn't help at all. I emailed back, called 3 times with no response. Finally, I called the main number and talked to an operator who said tech support was busy but someone would call me back ASAP. That was 2 days ago. I paid $1500.00 for this thing, it should work longer than that. They need to fix this or at least give me a refund. I'll find another option with someone who actually wants my business.

I think Clearlight is doing some shady stuff with their sales tactics. I was talking to this guy named Steve who was supposed to help me buy a sauna. I made it clear that I wanted the cheapest one-person sauna they had. I asked him multiple times about their inventory, but he never gave me a straight answer. Instead, he kept trying to push me to buy something more expensive. We went back and forth through emails, phone calls, and texts, and finally, he emailed me saying they had a discounted cedar sauna for $3099. I was excited and told him I wanted it right away. I even sold some stocks to have enough money for it. But later that day, he called me back and said that someone else bought it and offered me something out of my price range again. Frustrated, I called the sales manager, Allison, to complain, but she did the same thing. She tried to sell me a full-priced sauna and used the whole "Coronavirus" scare tactic, saying they were selling tons of saunas every day because of it. I saw other customers online complaining about the same thing happening to them in the past. It's just not fair! They wasted so much of my time and even made me sell stocks when the market was down. They should honor the price they advertised to me and sell me the sauna at that price.

We paid over $5000 for a sauna and the first one they delivered had so many issues we had to send it back. It had horrible construction and poor fitting of doors, and there was damage in numerous areas. The second one they shipped also has numerous issues, once again with poor fitting doors, poor workmanship, bad and incomplete finish, and such. (You can see all these photos on their Facebook Page, and I'll be putting them on numerous more sites soon.) Their people took forever to get back to me after I complained about the second one. And now, I no longer have the packing materials or boxes. These boxes are extremely large, and no one would have room to store them. But they're saying they'll only refund me when I send it back, yet they refuse to send packaging or a solution. I offered to keep the sauna at a $950 discount, which I think is more than fair considering the poor quality, but they refused and only offered $200. After all the hardship of unpacking, carrying it to the basement, assembling it, and then disassembling it, not to mention having to pay someone to help because one person can't do it safely, it seems like they don't care about quality control or customer service. I also have all the texts from them and the dealer I bought it from saved, and they paint a poor picture. They keep saying there's nothing wrong with the sauna, even after seeing all the photos. I've seen others online who had the same issues too.

I bought a Clearlight sauna from Sauna Works. I got it about 6 months ago, but it's not working right. They have nice people answering the phones, but no one who can fix the sauna. They said they could pick it up in January, but I'm not paying for a sauna that doesn't work like they said it would. They put a collection on my credit report, which is not fair. Their partner, ***, also spelled ***, is strange. He has different spellings for his company, which is weird. On ComplaintsBoard.com, it's listed as vacum sales, but online he says he's a sauna expert. I have proof that *** and Clearlight admitted the sauna is no good, and they gave him his money back. After months of trouble with the sauna and no help from ***, he lied and put a collection on my credit. My credit was perfect for over 25 years, but now it's 709 because of this one collection. I never had anything late or bad before. This shouldn't be allowed, and he should be responsible for what he did. Maybe he wanted to make more money by selling the collection? I called the police about this fraud too. I want the collection taken off because it's not right and it's fraud.

I made the down payment of $1,000.00 on August 23, 2022 for our Clearlight Sauna Order S0272681. I paid the remaining amount of $5,119.00 on August 29, 2022, making a total payment of $6,119.00. Clearlight Infrared had committed to providing the sauna on or about September 15, 2022.

However, despite fully paying for the sauna, I have been facing issues with the delivery. They keep giving me excuses, saying that the sauna is at some port, but it hasn't been unloaded and placed in their warehouse. I haven't been informed which port they are referring to.

I received emails confirming that the sauna would ship when available, but there have been a series of messages stating that it is stuck at the port due to the Coronavirus pandemic. A sales representative also mentioned delays and congestion at the ports.

It has been about seven days since I last heard from Clearlight, and I haven't received any further information. I don't know when I will receive the sauna, and I hope it won't take several months or maybe not even arrive at all. As a senior citizen and retired U.S. Navy disabled veteran, I ordered the sauna to alleviate my back, hip, knee, and neck pain.
