It took a long time for the pages to load, and I had to wait for what felt like ages until I could find what I needed. It would have been better if it were in the upper right-hand corner, or at least right next to the frequently asked questions link.

The search function on the website was quite simple. Either the search worked or it didn't, and when it did, there were way too many pages of results to sift through. Furthermore, I noticed that many items didn't have any images of the product. This made it practically impossible to understand anything about the product.
