Gordon Electric Supply Warning: Terrible Experience with Gordonelectricsupply.com - Inaccurate Shipping Times and Unhelpful Customer Support

I had a terrible experience ordering from Gordonelectricsupply.com. I thought I found a good deal on a Generac product that I needed, and ordered it with the understanding it would be shipped within a week. However, two weeks later, I hadn't received any shipping notification or tracking information, so I contacted their customer support team to see what the holdup was.

The customer support representative, Brad, didn't seem to be very helpful. He told me it would be another two weeks before my order shipped. I was already frustrated at this point, but I waited. Two weeks came and went, and still no word from Gordon Electric Supply about the status of my order. I contacted them again, and Brad said it would now be two months until I received my product.

I couldn't believe it. Two months is an incredibly long time to wait for an item that was advertised to ship in a week. I reluctantly agreed to wait for that long, hoping that perhaps the delay was due to factors beyond their control.

However, after two months had passed, I still hadn't received my product or any updates from Gordon Electric Supply. I contacted them once again, and Brad told me it would be another two months before I received my order. At that point, I had had enough. I requested that my order be cancelled and for them to issue a refund.

Unfortunately, that process was just as frustrating as waiting for my order. A month passed and I still hadn't received my refund, even though I had received a confirmation email saying it had been processed. I had to contact them multiple times to finally get my money back.

Overall, Gordonelectricsupply.com is not a company that can be trusted. They advertise products with shipping times that are completely inaccurate, and their customer support team is not helpful in the slightest. I would advise anyone considering purchasing from their website to look elsewhere for a more reliable supplier.

Gordon Electric Supply Negative Experience with Gordon Electric Supply: Delayed Shipping and Poor Customer Service

Gordon Electric Supply (gordonelectricsupply.com) is not the best option for a quick and efficient purchase. I recently had a negative experience when I ordered a product from their website. Unfortunately, I waited for over a month without receiving any shipping information or updates.

When I tried to contact their customer service, they informed me that my order wouldn't arrive until August. I was disappointed that there was no mention of the delay on the product page, and that no one contacted me with any notification.

What was even more frustrating was that they did not apologize or offer any sort of compensation or discount for the inconvenience I had to go through. They simply gave me a vague explanation that the delay was due to the manufacturer not providing them with an ETA on stock.

After waiting for so long and receiving no service, I decided to cancel my order. But the damage was already done; the delay put me more than a month behind schedule on my project.

I hope that Gordon Electric Supply improves their system, so that other customers do not have to face the same issues that I did. It is important that online retailers prioritize transparency and good customer service to maintain their reputation and satisfy their clients.

Gordon Electric Supply Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency - My Experience with [Company Name]

This company seems to have some issues with customer service. I placed an order for a part on June 10th with an estimated ship date of June 16th. However, when the ship date came and went, I reached out to them via email and was informed that the part wouldn't be available until June 27th. I was disappointed, but figured I could wait it out. However, when the 27th came around, I still hadn't received any updates, so I reached out again. This time, I was informed that the part wouldn't be available until July 28th! This was unacceptable to me, so I decided to cancel my order. The worst part is that they had already collected payment for the item when I placed the order! I was not happy with their lack of transparency regarding their stock status. If they didn't have the part on hand, they should have been upfront about it from the beginning. It's not fair to take people's money and then leave them hanging for weeks on end. Overall, I'm not impressed with this company and would suggest that others consider alternative options.

Gordon Electric Supply Gordon Electric Supply review: Great for commercial electricians, but difficult for regular buyers with a confusing website

If you're a commercial electrician that knows their way around product part numbers, you'll likely have an easier time finding what you need on Gordon Electric Supply's website, gordonelectricsupply.com. Unfortunately, if you're just a regular Joe looking to build a home and purchase residential electrical products in bulk, it can be an arduous process.

Looking for something as simple as wall outlets can be a challenge when you have to sift through 13 pages of various types of outlets, receptacles, and other devices with a range in prices from 20 cents to over $4,000 per unit! The website, online catalog, and overall online shopping experience could use a revamp to make it more user-friendly and accessible.

Despite these difficulties, the prices offered by Gordon Electric Supply were hard to pass up, and we look forward to seeing how the delivery and customer service stack up. Here's hoping they can improve the site to make it more user-friendly moving forward!

Gordon Electric Supply Review of Gordonelectricsupply.com: Navigation Issues and Misleading Product Photos

So, I stumbled upon Gordonelectricsupply.com searching for an electric supply website. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never heard of it before. Upon navigating through the site, I did encounter a couple of issues that I would like to share.

Firstly, I was searching for a specific item using the exact wording from your item description, which I had found in an earlier search. But, to my dismay, it returned no results. The issue made me a bit frustrated as I thought I wasn't going to find what I needed. So, I had to reduce the number of words, which in turn, returned more like items. It made it difficult for me to find the specific one I needed, and I had to sift through the options available for some time.

Secondly, I noticed that the item I am ordering and its accompanying photo on your site are not the same. I noticed that the picture showed a 35 amp circuit breaker while I was ordering a 40 amp one. It made me wonder whether I would receive what I needed or if I made a mistake in my order. I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that the product description is correct and the photo is the mistake.

Now, as I'm ordering on the weekend, and the store is closed, I'm unable to reach out and confirm whether the order is indeed what I want until Monday. This has caused me a bit of inconvenience.

Overall, despite a couple of issues that I encountered, I believe that Gordonelectricsupply.com can be a useful website to order supplies. I would recommend that the website team fixes the system's search functionality and review the product images to ensure the pictures match the descriptions.

Gordon Electric Supply Gordonelectricsupply.com Review: Slow Loading, Hidden Cart Button, and Limited Search, But Great Selection

when I needed supplies.

When I went to visit the Gordonelectricsupply.com website, I found that it was pretty slow. It took a long time for the pages to load, and I had to wait for what felt like ages until I could find what I needed. Additionally, I felt like the "View Cart" button was a bit hidden and not in an intuitive location. It would have been better if it were in the upper right-hand corner, or at least right next to the frequently asked questions link.

The search function on the website was quite simple. Either the search worked or it didn't, and when it did, there were way too many pages of results to sift through. Furthermore, I noticed that many items didn't have any images of the product. This made it practically impossible to understand anything about the product.

On a related note, when I tried to use the TAB key on my keyboard to navigate the website, it didn't work. Usually, the TAB key makes it effortless to jump between links and fields on other websites. But it wasn't working on this site. Then again, maybe it was just my computer acting up, and I needed to reboot to fix it?

Despite all of these issues, though, I did appreciate the selection and variety of products available on the website. There were definitely some useful items that I would be interested in buying in the future. So, thank you for "being there" and having such a broad selection of supplies available to purchase. I look forward to coming back to your website when I need more items in the future!

Gordon Electric Supply Gordy Electric Website Review: A Bumpy Ride with Technical Difficulties

I ain't gonna lie, my experience with this Gordy Electric website was not all sunshine and rainbows. Like, first off, I couldn't even get the darn thing to load properly. Then, when I finally found the meter I needed for my Type 3R meter base, I kept getting error messages when I tried to add it to my cart. I mean, seriously, what's the deal with that? Ain't nobody got time for all these technical difficulties and whatnot.

But, after much frustration and a few reloads, I was able to get everything sorted out and checkout successfully. I even decided to sign up for an account, 'cause why not, right? But then, my basket was empty and I couldn't seem to find what I was looking for when I searched the site. I had to go back to the good ol' Google machine to find the meter again.

Finally, after all that, I was signed in and ready to submit my order. But the dang page just kept on hanging, like it was stuck in limbo or something. I was about ready to give up at this point, but then I got an email confirming my order before the confirmation page even loaded. I mean, thank goodness for small miracles, right?

All that being said, I did eventually get what I needed from this Gordy Electric website, but it was definitely not without its challenges. If you're feeling lucky or you don't mind a bit of a wild ride when it comes to online shopping, then go ahead and give these guys a try. But if you're like me and you prefer things to run a bit smoother, then you might want to look elsewhere.

Gordon Electric Supply Lengthy Delivery Time and Poor Customer Service Experience with Gordon Electric and UPS

The thing that I needed was okay, at a decent price. But booooy was it tough to get a match for what I was lookin' for. I thought maybe the website would make it easier, but it wasn't quite up to snuff. My real beef though, was with the delivery. UPS did a crummy job! It took dang near double the amount of days that they said it would take for me to finally get my hands on it. To make things worse, their tracking system was all sorts of messed up. From the time it left the source, there were no updates, nada. Just a mysterious message sayin' "there was a problem beyond our control". And there wasn't even a new estimated delivery date! Dang, that's frustrating. But, when I tried giving Gordon Electric's Customer Service a ring to figure it out, they said they didn't have anyone available to help me. What the heck?!

So instead of wasting more of my time on the phone, I decided to shoot 'em an email and asked for an update. But, they never got back to me about it. Dang, talk about bad service. C'mon UPS, get it together! I was about to call up Gordon Electric and see if they could send me a replacement, when finally the darn thing showed up. Sheesh.

Gordon Electric Supply Negative Review: Disappointed with Gordon Electric Supply's Service & Fulfilment

I just gotta say, I'm not happy with Gordon Electric Supply. I ordered two things from them this year and they let me down both times. The first one I ordered back in February and I waited for a whole week and never got a shipping confirmation. Like, what the heck? I called 'em up to find out what was going on and they told me my order wouldn't be fulfilled until April. That ain't right! They should let us know when we place the order if things are back-ordered or whatever.

Then, I ordered something else on May 5th and this time they actually gave me an acknowledgment saying it would ship on May 13th. But see, I remembered what happened last time so I called this morning to make sure everything was gonna be cool. And what do you know, they told me it's back-ordered for weeks and they don't even know when it will ship! So, I had to cancel the order. And I'm never doing business with them again.

I don't know what's going on with them, but they really need to get their act together. It's not cool to let customers down like this. I hope they fix things because they're losing customers left and right with this kinda attitude.

Gordon Electric Supply Nightmare Experience with Gordon Electric Supply: Overpriced Shipping, Wrong Parts, and No Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty peeved with Gordon Electric Supply. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that they have some hard-to-find parts, but their shipping charges are just downright ridiculous. I mean, seriously, it's highway robbery! The only reason I even bothered with them is because I couldn't find what I needed anywhere else.

But that's not even the worst of it. I finally received my order, only to find out that they had sent me a completely different part than what I had ordered. I was expecting one thing, and instead got something that was supposedly "equivalent". Um, excuse me? Is that some kind of joke? I paid good money for a specific part number, not some off-brand knockoff!

To make matters worse, I decided to email Gordon Electric Supply to express my extreme displeasure with the situation. And wouldn't you know it, I haven't heard a damn thing back from them in over a week. No apology, no acknowledgement, no nothing. Instead, all I get in my inbox are a bunch of spammy marketing emails that I never signed up for.

Seriously, this whole experience with Gordon Electric Supply has been a nightmare. It's bad enough that they charge an arm and a leg for shipping, but now they can't even get my order right? And to top it all off, they can't even be bothered to respond to a paying customer who has a legitimate concern. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this point. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
