ABC Warehouse review: Broken whirlpool washer after it was owned for 13 months. 5 year warranty voided.

First I'd love to say DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ABC. I have all new appliances purchased on [protected]. 13 months later I have had 2 of the appliances replaced. Now my 5 year extended warranty is voided . My washer has been defective for months. A service man found the issue to be a defective motor, and it was supposed to be replaced. Abc warehouse in Roseville mich on 13 mile manager is a real hard pill to swallow. He is right, you the customer, are wrong. They say they're replacing my washer with a new one. And i have no say-so in this matter.And my warranty is no longer in effect. So my fridge warranty was deleted. $249 out of my pocket. Plus $89 to get a different one that the door stayed shut on. The manager who called me ,pretty much said he is going to have someone else call me back. He did not want to listen to my opinion on how I felt about their business. So I've lost $400 in warranty purchases that were supposed to cover me for 5 years. They are bringing my new washer on Wednesday for delivery. And I have 1 year manufactures warranty only. They will refuse to carry over the warranty to your products if they get replaced. I was also informed that my returned item was resold on the sales floor as a floor model. They claim they lose money...but what about what I've paid out. They're heartless and have no concern for the customers. It doesn't bother them to know about how inconvenient it is to put your food in a cooler. And spent money washing clothes at a laundromat. Rude and disrespectful comments are no way to run a business properly. If you want to wait on the phone for an hour to reach customer service,and get a return phone call that resolves nothing, then go there. $4000 to a company who tells you "this is how it is" we are losing money. Not true. I'm fed up with them thinking it's okay to make you feel degraded. And to speak the way they do. I'll fight it as long as I have to. Just to get my point across to them. It's unfair. I'm not asking for a 5 year extended warranty. Just keep my warranty valid that I've already paid for. I have a month short of 4 years warranty left. And I paid for it. Never again will I recommend anyone buy from ABC WAREHOUSE.
