Best experience I've had in years & all because I had Rob Cikalo the manager at ABC Bloomfield take care of me. He is kind & fair & was a pleasure dealing with. I highly recommend dealing with Rob & he will continue to get my service

This is the 7th time I have requested repair for the same thing! This is ridiculous. My refrigerator is leaking again!. ABC does not stand behind their product. You owe me a new refrigerator and cabinet which has now warped from the many times I have experienced a leak from my refrigerator. I will take nothing less. Come on ABC make this right. I just don’t understand how many times I have to call for service. This is getting old and exasperating. Can someone from abc warehouse contact me with a solution please

they take your money and leave you hanging. I ordered a TV from ABCWarehouse and they charged my credit card right away, but then I waited for weeks and heard nothing. I tried to contact them, but their customer service was terrible. They didn't answer my calls or emails, and when I finally got through to someone, they couldn't give me any information about my order. It was a nightmare.

Finally, after almost a month, I received an email saying that my TV was out of stock and they didn't know when they would get more. They offered me a refund, but by then I had already bought a TV from another store. I was so frustrated with ABCWarehouse that I didn't even want the refund, I just wanted to forget about them.

I would never recommend ABCWarehouse to anyone. They are dishonest and unreliable. If you want to buy electronics, go somewhere else where they actually care about their customers. Don't waste your time and money on this terrible company.

I bought a smart washer from ABCWarehouse and paid for installation, but they didn't install it properly. When I asked for a refund, they refused to give me my money back. To make matters worse, the washer stopped working after only three loads. When I asked for a receipt of purchase, they refused to send me one. Overall, my experience with ABCWarehouse was terrible. I suggest going to Lowe's or Home Depot instead. Don't waste your time and money at ABCWarehouse.

I ain't gonna lie, I was pretty excited when I found ABCWarehouse online. They had some pretty sweet deals on furniture and I was in the market for a new chair to match my sofa. So, I went ahead and made a purchase back in April.

Now, it's been three months and I still haven't received my chair. I've called them up a few times and they keep telling me it'll be in on a certain day. But when that day comes, no furniture. It's been a real hassle, let me tell you.

I mean, I really wanted this chair to match my sofa. If it wasn't for that, I would have canceled my order a long time ago. But now, they're telling me it's going to be another two weeks. I'm starting to lose my patience here.

I understand that sometimes things can get delayed or whatever, but this is just ridiculous. I'm not sure if I would recommend ABCWarehouse to anyone at this point. It's a shame, really, because they seemed like they had some good stuff. But if they can't deliver on their promises, what's the point?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with ABCWarehouse. I just hope that I can finally get my chair soon.

So, my daughter bought some headphones from a gas station on Sunday. But by Thursday, they weren't working at all! I tried to take them back to the gas station, but they wouldn't take them back. So I called up ABCWarehouse to see if they could help me out. But they said they couldn't do anything because the headphones were bought from a third-party vendor. Can you believe that? They won't even stand behind their own products! What a scam!

Yo, so I copped a Natuzzi Leather Sofa from ABC Warehouse and I was hyped to get it. I even threw down an extra 150 bucks for the leather protection plan, thinking I was covered. But man, within just three months, that joint started sagging and the leather was straight up cracking. I hit up the store and they didn't do jack about it. And to make matters worse, the General Manager was hella rude and unprofessional. Like, come on, I dropped some serious cash on this thing and they can't even help me out? I'm telling y'all, be careful when you're buying from ABC Warehouse and watch out for that leather warranty scam.

I bought two twin bed sets from ABCWarehouse and paid extra because the salesperson told me they were built to last and could withstand a lot of wear and tear. However, after only a short time, the whole side of the bed started to crush down. I was really disappointed and frustrated, so I decided to call ABCWarehouse's headquarters to see if they could help me out.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with their customer service. I spoke with a representative named Randy Novenske, who told me that I was out of luck and there was nothing they could do to help me. I was really upset because I had spent a lot of money on these bed sets and expected them to last longer than they did.

After doing some research online, I found out that Randy's response was pretty typical for ABCWarehouse customers who had similar issues. It's really disappointing to see a company that doesn't seem to care about their customers or their satisfaction.

Overall, I would not recommend ABCWarehouse to anyone looking for quality furniture or appliances. Their customer service is lacking, and their products don't seem to live up to their promises. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I recently visited ABCWarehouse's Lakeside store to purchase some appliances. I had the misfortune of dealing with a salesperson named Manuir, who left a sour taste in my mouth. He was extremely rude, condescending, and arrogant. I have been in business for over 30 years and deal with salespeople on a daily basis, but I have never been treated so poorly.

Manuir's behavior was unacceptable and tarnished the reputation of ABC WAREHOUSE. I was disappointed with the service I received and would not recommend this store to anyone. It's a shame that one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.

If you're looking for a better shopping experience, I suggest going to Best Buy. They offer the same prices without the hassle of commission-based salespeople. You'll be treated like a valued customer, not a criminal. Don't waste your time at ABCWarehouse, go to Best Buy instead.

So, we got ourselves a GE dishwasher from ABCWarehouse. It was all good for a couple of years, but then we noticed something was off with the control board. We gave ABC a call and they came to fix it up. But, wouldn't you know it, the problem came back just a week later. We called them up again and they said they needed to order a new control board. We waited for over a month, but nothing came. We gave them another call and found out that they weren't going to honor the repair. Apparently, the GE controller is defective and they won't fix it. We were still in the warranty period when we first called, but now we're out of luck. Needless to say, we won't be buying from ABC again.

I went to ABC Warehouse to buy a Whirlpool fridge. I was pretty excited to get it delivered to my house, but I had to pay $100.00 for the delivery. When the fridge arrived, I noticed that the color was not what I expected. It was supposed to be off white, but the freezer door was more yellowish and the fridge door was more tanish. I was not happy with it, so I called ABC Warehouse to let them know. They told me to bring it back and they would send me another one.

I got the second fridge, but it was the same thing. The colors were still not what I wanted. I was really frustrated at this point, so I told them I didn't want the fridge anymore. They told me to come in to get my refund, but they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. I was really upset about this because it wasn't my fault that the fridge was not the right color. I talked to the salesman and he said that they don't refund delivery charges. I was really disappointed with their customer service, so I decided that I won't shop there again.

Overall, I was really disappointed with my experience at ABC Warehouse. The fridge was not what I expected and they wouldn't refund the delivery charge. I think they should have refunded the delivery charge because it wasn't my fault that the fridge was not the right color. I won't be shopping there again because of this experience.

Been in conflict w/manager since delivery of fridge Jan 27. Product rattles, shakes, moves when closing doors, deli/meat drawer jams/sticks; have to maneuver almost forcing it to close. Right side freezer compartment squeaks while left side grinds&scrubs opening and closing freezer door. Loud noises from new product. Service techs says, ‘nothing I can do about that,” ; maybe that’s the way they make’em!” one tech suggested “I” use VASELINE as did store mgr, GE customer service rep and consumer relations or I could hire handy man but warrant doesn’t cover these issues. Store mgr refuses refund/exchange. Problem remains unresolved.

My wife and I were verbally assaulted by one of your sales persons. The supposed manager thought nothing of this, and that makes me angry. If the situation cannot be dealt with I will continue to push up the chain. I am embarrassed for your salesman and so-called manger. My wife and I have never in the entirety of our lives been treated this way. Especially when we work so hard for our money and people like yours think they can treat us so poorly and still try to take our money. I need this issue taken care of asap, or I don't believe any of my Veteran brothers or my family members across the state Michigan will ever spend any money in your stores. P.S. if one of your employees Ever Gets The Chance to heckle me from across the store so rudely again, it'll be a real bad day for them. Really bad. Take that how you choose, but my wife will never have to listen to such asinine behavior ever again. No money for you.

I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine and a GE stove from ABC, both items had problems within 10 days. ABC Warehouse will not refund or exchange. I was told by a salesman “we are not in the business of selling used appliances, once you plug it in, it’s used”. Whirlpool did send a service tech out under their warranty and he said the parts are back-ordered with no delivery date. Therefore, I called Whirlpool back (remember this is all within 10 days), Whirlpool said we only give refunds if you buy off our website, we sell it to ABC and then they sell it to you, we will repair it when the parts are available and that is all we can do, “we will not authorize for you to get a replacement because the parts are on back-order”. The GE stove, the paint is flaking in the bottom of the oven and no one is responding about that issue at all. Waste your time calling the corporate offices, no one will get back to you. I’m out $1600 and will be on my way to the laundromat when I get off work. Please, if enough people see these posts and quit buying from ABC & Whirlpool, it will put a hurt on their business and that’s the only way to get to these shyster companies, is to cut off their money.

I purchased a couch, chair ottoman with 3 tables and 2 lamps with a tv back in September. I received the tables which were broke in the box, my chair that already had its dust cover ripped to shreds and no inserts for the legs to go in. The ottoman is torn when it got here. I have yet to see my couch! Joe the manager talked to me like I was the bad guy talking over me so I couldn't even say what was wrong! He yelled at me because this is the first he had heard about it. He acts like it's no big deal that I am paying for things I don't have! He then hung up on me! Am I supposed to feel like anything is going to be done about this?

So I have called November 30 my washer does not spin out I called customer service the sky is been out four times ordered two different parts it's still not spinning I wrote a review they said they would get back to me within 24 hours that hasn't happened I called corporate office I've talk to managers and still have not gotten my washer fixed they ordered another part they said they're waiting for that to come in that was way last week this is ridiculous I will never buy anything from ABC Warehouse ever again it's been a total nightmare having to log my clothes to the laundromat and pay for my laundry I'm not even get compensated
