Very professional service, highly recommend. Fast to respond and very thorough in their work, reasonable too.

I've used this company several times, each time quite pleased. Today's visit by technician *** (yes, that's right) was superb in every regard.

Just excellent service. Ty is a real gem. Very knowledgeable and personable. Rates are reasonable. Would not think of contacting another company for appliance issues

Sam was great. Diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator and ordered the necessary part and returned to install it. He was courteous, neat and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely use Appliance Works for any future repair.

Ty was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Several options were given to me to correct my problem with the microwave. The decision was left to me to weigh the options and make the best choice for my situation. I appreciated that.

Great, fast service for our LG Refrigerator. We called on Friday and they did a same-day appointment. The part was ordered, and it arrived and was installed on Monday. Can't get any faster than that. We would definitely use *** again!"

After doing some research I decided to call Appliance Works. They were very courteous on the phone as was *** who came out to take a look at our ice maker. He was very honest. Suggested we wait 24 hours to see if the ice maker works before ordering a new one. I appreciated that.

When my kitchen went through a remodel, the dishwasher had very little room, so repairman had to work very hard to pull it out. He had to take screws out,wood pieces and this took awhile. Finally after all the work he could fix the door. This all tiki longer than usual but he did a wonderful job and I would use this again in a heartbeat.

From the first call to the office to scheduling and the service tech...EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The tech gave me 2 options to repair the door and also called several places to locate the part. The part arrived a week early, Jennifer called to schedule and Chris returned to replace the hinge. I wish LG would add them to the preferred service representatives because they rocked it!

She diagnosed the problem, showed me the damaged parts and explained it all to me, with recommendations to repair, order times, cost, and possible options to consider about purchasing a new unit instead of repairing. Rowan initially came out and diagnosed the problem we were having with our double oven gas top range appliance. The part was going to need to be ordered and when it came in they would call. After almost 3 weeks I called because I had not heard anything and was informed that the part kept coming in broken from the supplier but they were working on it. I was ok with this because I had a bottom oven that I could still use. Rowan was able to come back to fix my top oven about two weeks later. He wore shoe covers which he put on prior to coming in and he also wore a mask. He was professional, kind and efficiently fixed the upper oven. I’m thankful to have my appliance working again.

I'm so glad I found this company on my NextDoor app! A few neighbors had recommended this company and so I thought I would give them a shot. I have had several issues with my *** Profile refrigerator and had received bad service in the past so I was a little hesitant to try someone that was not a *** Certified repair center but since the *** Certified repair center did not have any openings till the Friday before Memorial Day I figured I would call these guys to see if they had anything sooner. Sure enough they were able to see me the same day, which was Tuesday when I called. The technician's name was *** and she was very knowledgeable and listened to me when I went thru the issues I had been having with my fridge. She was nice and empathetic and explained to me what my fridge was needing and how long it would be to get the part. The nice thing is that she would have the part expedited and be back on Thursday to install it. True to her word she came back Thursday afternoon! The issue was my compressor had gotten clogged up and had to be replaced. She also did a deep cleaning so that I wouldn't need to clean it for another year! The other nice thing is that the service call fee went toward the repair so that gave me a bit of a discount off the full service! Now I know who to call if I ever have issues with my fridge!
