Greetings Advisor Yesterday night at 9.03 as attached in the below screenshot done a deposit of 480 INR to a beneficiary account from your deposit page. And the usual process I've upload the UTR and waited for sometime to reflect. But it didn't reflected in my account As I've forwarded the deposit picture of payment (kotak bhim UPI payment) and updated the IP Call people of it They said there this will take time in finding this payment kindly wait So I waited. But suddenly in chatting people said said you deposit "in our old details" Which shocked me and I was like will do! And Later earlier today got an email (ticket [#[protected]]) Saying this is not our ID at all.! Which was a double shocker. I m 100% aware of what I m doing and done. This is not my first deposit. If you check my deposits from couple of years or so You'll understand how frequently I do and play. So I m pretty aware Of things inb1xbet. So as said above, I am saying it was copied from your payment section itself 100 %:Sure. Kindly check it widely & wisely I m attaching all the documents here My gaming ID [protected]

One says not credited to our bank account , check with your bank

One time you say it's not ours

And

One says t's our old one account

Seriously make fun of out professional standards !

I ve done that transfer after copying from your deposit page only , I m very sure .

I am not new to doing deposits

I've been playing from two plus years here.

Very very activitily ( check my regular deposits )

I m not fool to just open and send to some of your old account details

Kindly be professionally and justify the name , public relations. .

As said earlier

I've done to the details that were present on that day (24th feb, at that moment). Not the old details

First you guys never maintain proper deposit details in your deposit pages

Always some random info, and just like if you say like old or new

How should any customer can claim it

Even after support a solid proof of bank statement from bank !

You saying as such and avoid a valid deposit

So my question

What you this another time to another customer

" after a deposit you saying it's old details

Even after submitting documents of deposit of screenshot, bank statement

How can we prove that your telling the truth !?

What prove do you have ?

I think it's fair enough to ask ?
