Then they asked for Bank account statement. Even send them that as well. Now they ask for a selfie with me holding my id while a email from them in the background which is clearly visible. Now that is something impossible to do with everything being visible clearly. I sent them multiple pictures with the best of my ability and they sent a message, It's "impossible" to proceed without the required information. Really? Really disappointed by 1xbet. I have been using 1xbet for a long time and had no issues for years but lately there has been a world of problems.. I began experiencing troubles withdrawing on cards that I had been using for many years and suddenly it stopped working.
On 28th of April i used bank transfer option to deposit money of 65€ into my account and after transferring money i created deposit request but money wasnt credited into my account. I intented to use the deposit for the friday 1xbet promo which gives you a bonus balance but missed out on that because of this scam..I asked the guy on chat support and they said that they havent received the money. I filed a complaint with my bank and i was informed that the money was sent to the account the very same day. Now after providing all the documentations even the chat support has a default message saying to wait, they act like bots, not listening to what customer is saying and only saying that I should wait.. now this is the 2nd time this happens to me on 1xbet this year and I have really had enough and I am going to end my partnership with them.
