Zips Car Wash review: Take a close look at why this happened and what kind of management is making claims decisions.

In August 2022 Zips Car Wash on Clemson BLVD in Anderson, SC did some minor damage to my car more than once. They filed an Incident Report with pictures and and responded by saying they say no damage.

I have tried several ways to get this resolved by writing letters and talking to the local District Manager but they refuse to fix my problem.

I found out they have an "F" rating with the SC upper state BBB and can understand that.

I finally decided to fix my problem myself, drop their monthly service, and let everyone know just how bad this business is.

They may have ignored me but it has cost them more and in many ways.
