The guys at Flash Car Wash in Meriden are super nice and always on top of things. They keep the place looking good and make sure everything is working right.

Flash Car Wash didn't clean my truck good. There's still dirt on the sides. Their monthly membership is hard to cancel. They should let you choose when you sign up.

I luv this car wash in *** I bought the first $10 month package for the platinum car wash and have used it twice this month. I luv my car ( I lease cars) and take very good care of them. The easy vacuum AND air tire facilities are heaven. I just wish they had the small nozzle to vacuum the crevices of the middle console etc.

They're makin' a lot of noise with that drier, sounds like a dang airplane takin' off in my backyard. Ain't good for the wetland or the neighborhood. They gotta plant some trees or somethin' to hide the ugly back of the buildin'. Supposed to have a permit that says they can't bother the neighborhood, but they ain't followin' it. Only givin' one star 'cause I gotta give somethin'.

Been goin' here for over a year now, usin' the monthly car wash plan. I hit it up twice a week and my ride always comes out lookin' super clean. I gotta say, I was impressed with how clean they get the tires and rims - that's always been a problem at other car wash joints I've been to. Even though I go through the express line, the attendants always come over to check and make sure everything's good. And the vacuums they got are no joke - they suck up everything! Plus, I usually fill up on gas while I'm there. Overall, I've only had good experiences here.

I got a Flash Car Wash Unlimited Pass from Flash Car Wash in *** in March/April 2022. They took out money from my account on the 28th of every month. I didn't cancel my plan when I went back north in June because there were Flash Car Washes in the *** area that were on the plan. I paid for my Flash Pass on July 28, 2022. On August 1, I went to the *** Car Wash on *** and they said my Flash Pass wasn't good. I talked to Christian, the manager, for a long time and we found out that the store where I bought my Flash Pass in *** wasn't in the program anymore. So, even though they took out money on July 28, 2022, I wasn't a member of Flash Car Wash anymore because I bought my Flash Pass in ***. They didn't tell me that my Flash Pass was going to expire before they took out money. If they told me, I would have cancelled my plan. I want them to give me my money back for July because I already cancelled my August payment with the *** location. You can call me at *** if you want to talk about this.
