My car was still dirty and there were streaks all over the windows. I ain't never going back to this place again. Waste of money and time.

washman car wash is bad. they didnt clean my suv properly, which is crazy. covid messed up everything and now its not worth it. go somewhere else.

horrible experiance with washman car wash in milwaukee. they closed 17 minuites earlyer than the time they posted, which was 6:15. it was only 5:58 and they closed right in front of me while i was looking for my coupon. i only have one day off and drove out of my way to go to this place. i will never use them again.

Washman Car Wash messed up my car on October 2. They lifted it up and it hit the car in front of me. Luckily, there wasn't much damage. But the employee was so rude and blamed me for driving down the line. After reading other reviews, it seems like this happens a lot at this store. But to drive down the line, I would have had to put it in drive and give it gas. I was just adjusting the radio when the thumping started. This is a big problem and needs to be fixed.

I went to Washman Car Wash on Market and Lancaster. After I finished going through the car wash, I noticed a big scratch on my passenger side. I'm not sure if their brushes aren't maintained or what caused the scratch. When I told the manager, he denied it and wouldn't do anything about it. I even called corporate, but they ignored the problem. They won't take responsibility for any damages caused by their machinery.

Went to Washman on SE Division today, 10/1/2022. Tried to use my card but it didn't work. Asked the guy working if the machine was broken. He said no and tried to put my card in again, but I asked him not to break it. He got mad and told me to leave. This is not good customer service. I've been going to Washman since 2014 and never had a problem like this. Please fix this. Thanks.

Went to Washman Car Wash in Salem this morning to get our car washed and vacuumed. But when we left, I saw that the car still looked dirty in many places outside and inside wasn't vacuumed at all! I got pics to prove it. We paid $50 for this kind of service, and it's not acceptable. They shouldn't charge if they can't do the job right. I called the number on the receipt, and Richard answered. He said he'd transfer me to a manager, but he hung up after 8 minutes. I called back, and he pretended not to hear me twice. I tried again with a different number, and he heard me. He gave me a number where I left a voicemail, but no call back. I also sent an email to the manager Matt, but it was rejected. This place is unprofessional, and their service isn't worth a cent.

I took my sister's old car to Washman on Grand Ave in *** on August 22 and got "The Works" as a gift for her. It was a bad job all around. The glass wasn't clean, and I didn't notice until I left and the sun hit the windows and mirrors. Then I saw smears, smudges, and cloudiness. The dash might have been dusted, but when I ran my fingers across it, they came off black. The doors weren't wiped down and had drink spills on them. The car was quickly vacuumed, and there was still a lot of loose dirt on the seats and carpets. The wheels weren't cleaned. I've had this happen at different Washman spots before and have gone back to ask them to clean up the missed spots. That day, I was late getting the car back to my sister, so I didn't have time to go back and ask for a fix. The best I've ever gotten when I've gone back was a dirty rag being used on the unclean spots, with no improvement to the car's cleanliness. I'm a senior on a fixed income, and I've given Washman enough chances to do better. It's clear that this company doesn't make their employees take pride in their work. Between my own experiences, the bad reviews from different spots, and the ComplaintsBoard.com complaints, I've decided I won't go to Washman anymore.

Took car Washman car wash on 15th Ave in Longview WA. Brushes left scratches on car, like thousands of them. Damage super obvious and happened at car wash. Washman say not their fault and don't see damage.

I went to Washman car wash on April 1st. I did what the sign said and followed the rules. But when I left, my car was messed up. The back fender got ripped off and the front left side was damaged. There were scratches all over and the fender flare on top was messed up too. I talked to the people there, but they wouldn't help me. They got mad and didn't want to fix it.

Got my car washed at Washman Car Wash in Milwaukie OR. The guy drying my car broke my mirror. The manager gave me a number to call for a claim. The adjuster, Demetri, said they only pay for cars less than 5 years old. The manager, Katie, said the attendant wasn't at fault but wouldn't show me the video. I called corporate and got the district manager's info but they didn't call me back even after a week of leaving messages.

T. I had to point out to them that the car was not cleaned properly. They apologized and offered to redo it, but I didn't have the time to wait another hour. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to detail. I expected better for the price I pay.

He said he saw the scratches and chips on the video, but I didn't agree and asked to see it. I also talked to Demetri, Chris's boss, but he didn't want to hear me out. I made an appointment to see the video on 10/2, and Chris showed it to me. The video wasn't that clear, and Chris used light reflection to point out scratches that weren't there. I said I didn't agree, but he said I should file a complaint with my insurance company. He also offered to remove the scratches, but I said no. I tried calling Demetri and the customer service number, but no one answered.
