HotPads is a company owned by Zillow. They have a faulty algorithm that they use on their website to determine “Price Comparison” on retail ads. This provides false and misleading information to the general public. I reached out to them on a listing of mine. This hurts property values and prevents consumers from potentially getting a good value property. This is wrong. Customer Service refuses to look into this and make necessary corrections. Zillow should take down the “Price Comparison” Section if they cannot support it correctly. Don’t mislead the public.

Desired outcome: Correct the error or remove the “Price Comparison” section on Hoypads.
