Think Twice and Avoid Properties Managed by HOAdv
Posting this review to help others advocate for transparency from ineffective boards and for prospective buyers to avoid properties managed by HOAdv. The pros and cons posted on this website do not reflect any of my or my neighbors experiences.
I’m an owner at the Spire Condominium and have had this management company imposed on us through a non inclusive board. The combination is simply disastrous and would encourage any buyer to look at other properties managed by established top tier companies. You pay premium for the convenience of a condominium and should look forward to, and not dread coming home to deal with poor service.
The list of issues is wide ranging from absolute unresponsiveness, inexperienced staff, and a feeling of some amateur hour service. Expect to ask for support multiple times, reexplain what you need, and come back later when someone else with knowledge can ignore your request.
Please avoid disappointment and look at other great properties in Midtown. This is a great community, but not a luxury property that should be on your list.
Recommendation: Avoid properties managed or supported by this organization.

I been talkin' to Homeowners Advantage LLC for like a whole month 'bout this Utility Refund Check they supposed to give me since May . I sold my Condo at Plaza Midtown in Atlanta GA on April 19th. When I was closin', they told me I gotta give 'em a utility deposit of $250 for the water bill for the next month after sellin' my Condo. In early July, I got the final bill when I reached out to Plaza Midtown. They said they gonna mail the check to my new address that I emailed 'em. But guess what? The staff member sent it to my old address at Plaza Midtown instead. They said they gotta stop payment on the check 'cause it went to the wrong place on July 16th. Since then, all the staff at HomeOwners Advantage LLC been ignorin' me. They admit they owe me the money, and I got proof from all them emails. But 'til today, I still ain't got the refund check.
