They have a property of mine showing an EPC rating of E, when it is in fact D. It has been D for well over a year. This was pointed out to them numerous times and they refuse to correct their mistake, and in the process they appear to be attempting to undervalue my (and presumably many other people's) property. As a lot of people use their website and try to get an idea of property value from doing so, and as they appear to deliberately do nothing about their inaccuracies, I am happy to arrange group legal action for other people also affected. The houses on our road are all detached and range from ?675,000 to ?1,000,000. And get this, there are two ex-police house semi's at the end of the road that are rented out and in really bad shape, but they are valued at ?523,000. How does that make any sense?

Because of Zoopla's ridiculous valuation, we have been getting offers that are ?200,000 less than our asking price. It's a joke! Thanks a lot, Zoopla. You really messed things up for us. It's a good thing that the valuations for every other house on our road are accurate, but what good does that do us?

It took them two years to put a new window in the lounge, and Rowan Moore in Liverpool had a stinking attitude when we needed repairs done. He was all like, "I'll get back to you," but he never did. We had to do all the ringing around ourselves. Useless, I tell ya.

So, yeah, I wouldn't recommend going with them. They're all about the money, not supporting the customer and their needs. And they even charge tenants a renewal price of ?120. That's just ridiculous. If you want a better experience, go with Robert Watts. They're much better than William H Brown. Trust me on this one.

We believe that it's important for companies to have a direct line of communication with their customers, especially when it concerns something as important as property details.

Despite this setback, we still believe that Zoopla is a useful platform for property listings. It's easy to use, and we appreciate the various features that it offers. However, we hope that Zoopla will take our feedback into consideration and improve their customer service.
