I am trying to reconcile my American Express statement and I find a line item from Zaxby's that is overcharged.

I usually order the same meal, Kicken Chicken Sandwich Meal, substitute the ranch and tongue torch sauces for BBQ and nuclear.

This should never amount to $59.39

The line item entry is as follows

03/06/23 Zaxby's 02401 [protected] [protected] Macon GA $59.39

I called the store to complain about this and they told me I'd have to come down, which is over 120 miles from my home, to see the general manager. This is not reasonable.

The credit card last four is AMEX 2006 with valid thru 02/28.

On Sunday March 19, 2023 @ 8:35 pm I went to your location in Greer SC, as went to the front and tried to enter the door was locked. The hours of operation posted on the door stated that they open until 10pm on Sundays. There were customers seated inside so tried knocking on the door, employee's saw me but ignored me. I go to this location an average of twice a week, spending an average of about 25.00 each time. This is not the first time I have been turned away by employee's at this store, but it will be the last time! I will no longer go to any Zaxby nationwide. I can't help but get the feeling that employee's feel they can do whatever they want to when the owner is not there. Other complaints I have are being told they are out of chicken at 2:00 in the afternoon, they are out of plain wings ?, incorrect drive through orders only discovered upon arriving home, but this was the final straw.

My family and I ordered lunch from Zaxbys at 5048 Crawfordville Rd in Tallahassee, FL on 3/19/23.

The food quality was absolutely terrible. The fries were over cooked and very hard. Worst Zaxbys experience to date.

I was a employee of the 25th street location in Cleveland Tn and i have reason to believe that I was terminated for the wrong reason because about three months before I. Was fired i received a tip from a nice customer and from the moment that I. Got the tip a manager by the name of Isabella swan started chasing me. Around the restaurant with her hand. Stuck out demanding that I give her the tip or else i told her no and that I have rights and that i can keep it even the manager told me that. I have a. Right to keep it if I want to but I. Should give it to her a few days go by and her husband shows up and about. A hour later I get a write up for hygiene. Supposedly I. Smell bad. A few month later I. Get 3 each i get fired for that reason. But something is not add up. I have ocd and made it clear that I did when I. Started there but i get fired for bad hygiene

I have attempted to go thru the drive thru at the location in Liberty Mo kn two different occasions and both times was told they were closed. The first time was in. January after a basketball game. We pulled up to the drive thru, which says in the website they are open until 10, and they politely said sorry we are closed. It was 8:49 pm. We said the website says you are open until 10:00. They said sorry, we are closed. We left….tonight (2/7) I called that location and asked what time they closed. The girls who answered said they close at 10:00. I repeated it back and said you close at 10:00 pm. She said yes, I said thank you and hung up. We pulled up at 8:59 pm and a gentleman said we are closed. I said I literallly just called and she said you were open until 10. He said sorry we are not. I didn’t frontage r you the first incident because I felt like maybe it was a fluke, but when a customer takes time to contact your restaurant and drive there just to be told your closed, that’s just bad business. I like Zaxby’s but it is not convenient to my home. D it is frustrating that the people there wouldn’t even take the time to wait on me and my family andrea making the trip there.

On January 8th at 1:06 pm I went through the drive up window at Zaxby's in Kernersville, NC and ordered a senior grilled chicken salad with a small ice water. Had to drive to window to get total and pay. I just reminded them that I requested the senior discount (I am 79). They took my credit card and when I was handed my receipt there was a charge for 1.29 for a small cup of water. I was outraged but nothing was done about it other than was told that was the price for a cup of water. Outrageous!

I recently began a relationship with Don Barry at Zaxby's 1155 Vann Dr. Jackson, TN. It is a franchised location owned by WP Foods Jackson LLC. He offered me a job as a GM, and I accepted. After this, he became very controlling. He visits this store most everyday, he watches the cameras constantly. I have been unhappy and feel trapped. Recently, this situation has worsened. Our problems got a couple of managers fired. They had noticed our behavior and brought it to Don's attention. To cover his actions, he forced me to enter false reports back dated for the week before. I fear him and what he can do to me physically and with regard to my career. The owners and ASM are backing Don in all his actions, which definitely proves that my concerns are legitimate. With this to hold over my head, now I am being made to do things I definitely shouldn't.

I entered a complaint earlier this evening asking for advice on how to handle this, but even in the last couple hours things have escalated, so I just decided to go through with a detailed report. I am desperate to get out of this situation. My name is Kimberly Michele Barry. I am the GM at store number 45201.

My name is Kim. I might want to report a case of sexual harassment and/or managment abuse of power. I started seeing this man that is in upper management at a franchised Zaxby’s in TN. I have a background in food service, so he offered me a job as a GM. I thought it was odd to start me at a GM position, but I was excited about the opportunity. I thought it was nice, now I know it wasn’t. Everyday things changed for the worst, his jealousy truly scares me. I have let him force me to do things I shouldn’t. Now this situation has started affecting others. I never wanted this. People are losing their jobs because of me. What would happen if I made an official complaint? Could I make an anonymous complaint? Would the corporation do anything at all? I am worried that I might’ve done something illegal. That is what he said when I told him I didn’t want to do this anymore. I have no idea how to stop this.

I ordered online on my zaxbys app. I went to local Zaxbys store to pick up my order. My order was not correct. I ordered 8 PC boneless wimpy no fries extra toast. I received fries and no extra toast. The manager at the local location is not always pleasant in addressing the problem.

I would like to just get the food I order and it be correct. I choose this restaurant because of the location and I am on my lunch break. So I think this is a reasonable request.

I order the traditional naked wings and the wings I got were obviously out for a while, overcooked, and extremely dry and almost unedible to eat. I was really dissappointed but in a hurry so I couldn’t bring them to the cashier or I would have. I just started back keto and yalls wings are one of the treats I can have guilt free so I was really looking forward to the wings. Super dissappointed for the price

On Wednesday November the 9th I visited zaxby's located in Panama city I ordered wings and things along with a order of fries with no Zack season and 2 sides of coleslaw when I reserved my order everything was a mess no Toast with my wings and things There was seasoning on my older fries I asked for no seasoning on and NO COLESLAW AT ALL VERY UNSATISFIED

On a Tues evening I was in the drive thru in Stockbridge Georgia on 138. I placed an order for the wings and things. I pulled up made my payment. A young lady ask me to pull up my order would take a few minutes, that was at 9:26pm at 1030 I still hadn't received my meal. I went inside. I didn't get an apology got my money back and back to work late and hungry.

At the Albany GA on North Slappey my family and I eat Zaxby’s without fail at least once a week. At least we have up until the last few months. I have noticed the business itself is just not run like the well oiled machine of the past. The employees working there, act like they don’t even see you, much less offer any assistance. They are talking amongst themselves and laughing. The ice is always out, the drinks are out and to ask someone for help, well you are met with attitude and slow moving.employees. The food will always have something missing, no sauce, they no longer put seasoning on the fries and do not order anything outside of the ordinary. No ranch sauce on kickin chicken, no ranch on the new fries And sometimes no Zax sauce in the box. I am so disappointed in how run down and poorly run my favorite place to eat has become. Whomever owns it should be made aware. The lines at Chick til a have never been more packed. Those folks know how to run a business excellent example to follow

I ordered two cobb salads without tomatoes and cumbers. It was supposed to have cheese, eggs, and bacon where it did not. The only thing was the lettuce and chicken that I didn't even get the salad dressing. This was Zaxbys on Chamblee tucker Friday [protected] picked up at 130pm. email [protected]@yahoo.com This is not the first complaint I have made and want something done or I will never go their again n let others know.

On September 30th, 2022 myself, husband and grandson visited the Zaxby location in Lancaster, SC for dinner. I understand that there is a employee shortage however I do not feel this was the issue. There were employees standing around talking, continuously going from the back to the outside talking on phones, texting, etc... clearly no management around. After 30 minutes waiting patiently on our order, we find out this location is out of ranch and Zaxby sauce, no apology given , just "nope we don't have any, we are out", we open our plates to be utterly shocked, we ordered 3 Chicken Finger Plates 4 count, as you can see in the attached picture boneless wings are bigger than the chicken fingers we received, also the slaw on one plate (see attached photo) was only maybe 2 tablespoons as you can see in the photo I moved the entire helping of slaw to one side to show amount. We paid $10.50 for each plate, over $30 for a dinner for 3 that was completely unacceptable.
