Zaxby's review: Customer service at the drive thru

After leaving a hospital in Nashville, TN today, December 6th, 2022, I decided to go to the Zaxbys on Charlotte Avenue, in Nashville, TN. I pulled in off of Charlotte Avenue right behind a Toyota 4runner, going the exact way as me. Then I notice cars are pulling in from behind the building as well, I let a Jeep go in front of me, behind the 4runner, then I start to move forward and another customer coming from behind building began screaming "you can't [censored]ing do that white girl, go around the building, she then lays on her horn repeatedly, continuing to scream racist profanities at me. I move on up to the ordering speaker and I am met with the rudest customer service saying"I ain't taking your order, you got to pull around the building, I said, "Mam, I'm not familiar with this location but if that's the case why are you taking the $ from the 4runner that did the same thing? She continued yelling at me that"I wasn't getting no food". I am appalled at this type of customer service, it would appear that the angry woman behind me called the store and told the lady inside that I cut line, I have no idea, but I was not the only vehicle turning in that way to go through the drive thru. Irregardless, this type of customer and service is completely unacceptable. I used to be a frequent customer, but that changed today. It takes seconds to be a better human, what they have going on at that location is lacking severely.
