Attending an Association Meeting to resolve any issues in the community is a joke. If any resident has a complaint, they are told to “put it in writing to the park manager.” The manager has 10 days to rectify the situation but you are never given any feedback as to whether it has been addressed. What is the function of the board when there is no election process and the board president decides who he wants to appoint as a board member? No communication with Old Orchard mgmt. or Yes Communities. Just keeps raising the rent each year.

Recommendation: Get everything in writing and ask many questions about management & maintenance of the park.

Camper sitting in the road for one week. This is not a campground and the manager has been notified but there has been no response. Have attended association meetings but if any complaints are voiced, they are told they have to put the complaint in writing to the manager. What is the board’s function? This used to be a nice park but management no longer takes pride in our community & it shows. Very Sad.
