I don't know how this company is still in business
i had the following issues from initial delivery on 24th April till 13th May.
Driver turned up at 9.30pm when delivery was promised between 7am and 7pm.
Driver refused to take my order from WICKES into the building and drove off with the items when i went inside to get someone to help move them into my flat.
A few days later driver turned up and did not have my order in his van. He promised they would be delivered within the hour but this did not occur.
On two other occasions i was sent text messages to say item would be delivered but it did not arrive
XDP sent photos to WICKES to say i had refused to accept deliveries. They sent a photo of the front of my building to WICKES saying i had refused delivery. The photo was time stamped 2pm on 28th. That was the day i seen the driver parked nearby and directed him into my drive at 2.30pm, he then left 5 minutes later as they were not on the van (as mentioned above) Luckily i had a photo time stamped 2.55pm as he was again parked up nearby after he left.
Two and a half weeks in and they were asked to deliver back to the Wickes store so i could pick them up. They attempted to deliver the items whilst the store was closed.
Finally after nearly three weeks i am due to receive my order after having to have the items delivered back to Wickes and then have another courier company deliver my items. These were delivered the very next day.
I used the XDP app to raise my issues with the numerous failed deliveries but am yet to receive any reply.
I just wish i had known WICKES used this company and checked out the reviews on here and companies house before making the decision to purchase from a company using them to deliver my order.
Recommendation: find an alternative courier.
