Vestiaire Collective – Disappointing experience – no respect for customers and no refunds!

I purchased a Louis Vuitton crossbody bag, but instead of the bag I ordered, I received a wallet with some attachments added by the seller. The item they sent me was NOT what I paid for!

The biggest issue is that this wallet cannot be used as a bag—when I open it, everything inside falls out. It is clearly a wallet, not a crossbody bag, yet Vestiaire Collective refused to refund me, even after I explained the situation.

Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they violated my consumer rights and relisted the wallet on their platform, telling me that I will only get my money back if someone else buys it! This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
