Horrible customer service. I've called 3 times 'cause they sent me a wrong size screen protector and they won't call back. They say they'll return my call within 48 hrs. That's a joke.

Awful customer service and you can't speak to anyone by phone. Ordered an item that weighed less than 1 pound. Paid $12.95 for express shipping. Did not get express delivery and they first lied and then refused to issue a credit for a service that didn't happen.

I got the clear black iPhone case for iPhone 11. Right away, I saw that the rim around the camera ain't raised enough to protect it. Also, the side lip ain't 1.5 mm like they said on their site. I've been using it for 5 months straight, never took it off, and now it's starting to warp and feel loose. Maybe it's just this color 'cause it's clear. But I've bought cases way cheaper than this that lasted longer.

I bought a phone case from FLAUNT and when it arrived, I realized it was the wrong size. I ordered an opal iPhone 12 mini case instead of an iPhone 12 case. I tried to start the exchange process online, which says it costs 8.95. They charged me, but I didn't get a return label. I emailed them because they don't answer their phone, and they told me to try again because it didn't work on their end (even though they already charged me 8.95). I tried to exchange again, got charged 8.95 again, and still no label. I just want to exchange my case, they should have better customer service. Their exchange policy says 15 days, but it's been longer than that. I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping after being charged twice.

I bought this flaunt opal phone case for my iPhone 13 *** pro on November 16. I received it in the mail and put it on my phone on November 20. After just one day, I noticed that whenever I placed my phone on a table, I would hear a clanking noise, as if my phone was hitting the table. This didn't happen with my previous case, so I thought it might be because of the phone ring I had attached. However, upon closer inspection, I realized that the new flaunt case doesn't actually protect my iPhone 13 *** pro camera as it claims. The case's bevel doesn't extend far enough to provide proper protection for the camera. It falls a few millimeters short, even though it appears to be designed to protect it. I immediately emailed customer service and even sent them photos of this design flaw. Unfortunately, they simply informed me that they couldn't do anything because I can't return a used product (even though I had only used it for one day!). So now, I've spent $45 on a phone case that doesn't actually protect my phone. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, promising customers phone protection that the case fails to deliver. If I were to drop my phone on its back, the camera would likely shatter instantly because this case doesn't provide adequate protection. And to make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful. This company is terrible and takes advantage of its customers. I would not recommend them at all. I would gladly return the phone case for a refund, but they won't allow it. They even charge $5 for returns, even when the product is defective. It's an absolute scam!
