Vestiaire Collective Never got the item

I do not recommend buying anything from www.vestiairecollective.com website, because these people are real cheaters. Too bad I did not check the reviews earlier. I made my order over three month ago and never received it. And no matter how hard I've tried to reach them they continue to ignore me!
I lost my money and never got the item I paid for.
According to all the comments I saw there are only two possible options here:
1. You will get a fake item
2. You will get noting
So I'm the second case.
Do not waste your money here!

Vestiaire Collective Non authentic

I have purchased a Gucci bag from www.vestiairecollective.com and paid over $1000 for it.
Before ordering I contacted customer service and asked about the bag and they assured me that everything they sell is 100% authentic. But when I received the bag there was something wrong with it. It looked something like picture but there were some small differences and the most important part was that there were no stickers or tags saying it was authentic!
I was curious and went to a local Gucci boutique and asked them to look at the bag. They said that the bag was 100% fake and showed me the same bag! It was absolutely nothing like what I've received from VestiaireCollective!
When I contacted them and asked for a refund they literally called me a liar and refused to refund my money. Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst website ever how can that even happen ? I paid and I waited for 3 days and you guys cancel it ? That's not right and the seller should be Banded from the website I want my refund right away and I will never shop with you guys ever again worst service and sellers .I'm very upset ! Be aware of this seller check out the pictures .

Vestiaire Collective Stay away!

Better stay away from VestiaireCollective and save your money! I ordered several items from their website and all my three purchases were a complete joke! Their quality control is shameful, they let items pass and really do not care about its quality. Items that were described as brand new in their description arrived in a very poor condition. I contacted their customer service and demanded my money back, but they completely ignored all my messages. So I canceled my account without looking back. Don't order anything from these thieves, you will never get what you paid for, and they'll never give you your money back. Their return policy is beyond ridiculous! I'll never order anything from them again!

I purchased a girl's Burberry jacket and the garment was listed in very good condition with minimal wear. However, when I received an item it had several stains that were not even mentioned on the listing. I contacted the costumer service and sent the item back, but they told me after 2nd evaluation they can not take it back and send it back to me. I am stock with the dirty and unwearable jacket and very unhappy with the decision that they made. It is misleading information that they put on the listing and the seller is not truthful. Shame on you Vestiaire Collectives and your inspection.

CEO Sebastien Fabre has designed this website-based business to be a one-way affair: Money comes in, little goes out, complaints are ignored, and because they are based in France, they are protected by the French governmental bureaucrats in this social welfare state. French companies cannot compete in the world marketplace, so they resort to`exactly the kind of dishonesty you read about in these critical reviews.

Have Purchased " very good condition" shoes got a pair fair condition shoes with huge scuffs on heels.
Ref : 3819401 .
So very disappointed. Have purchased a pair of Louis Vuitton heels listed by Vestiaire Collective Concierge Service as " Very good condition".
Have received heels with huge scuffs on heels in some parts the leather is missing! How shocking.

Upon receiving the parcel I have written an email to VC supplied photos of these heels asking to take these shoes back and issue me with a refund.
Nobody got back to me I kept sending emails until today when I have received an email from someone called Ghizlène who has stated they don't accept returns and I can relist these shoes if I wish - a small handling fee will be deducted from the final sale. ( That means they will be released as very good condition while in fact the condition is poor, worned out soles, scuffs and missing leather on heels).

I have purchased an item marked by VC Condition : Very good condition.( A second-hand pair of shoes in very good condition have barely been worn and very well looked after.)

What I have got is a pair of heels which correspond to a Fair condition:
Huge scuffs on heels and missing leather on heels, worned out soles.

Shame on your Vestiaire Collectives we pay 30% commission fee for you to check all items properly- in this case you have not done it and now you refuse to admit your mistake and takes these worned out shoes

Vestiaire Collective The item was in terrible condition and impossible to return it

People, don’t even think to buy from www.vestiairecollective.com. They didn’t check the quality of the items and sent me second-hand item with the stains and in terrible condition. I was shocked to get such item and of course tried to return it, but the seller refused and told me that such item was useless for them. Simply ignore this website and don’t waste money.

I bought shoes they both came different sizes very expensive and they didn’t refund my money because of their stupid policy! Never again !

I bought a camisole without a size label. The article doesn’t fit. Instead of a size 42 and after messuring it is a size 36 or 38 (S or M). They don’t want to pay back.

I sold an pair sandals at Vestiaire Collective and shipped it using the lable provide for them more than a month ago. I reported the issue I sent the carrier proof and they stopped contacting me more than a week ago without a proper solution. There is no phone number available to speak with a representative.

I sold 3 items via Vestiaire Collective. More than a month later I didn’t recieve the payment yet. Every two day I get this message that I have to be patient and that they will be back in 48h. I lost more than 500 euro.

this marketplace is a sham, worst marketplace, i sold an item, got proof of usps delivery and Vestiaire will not release my money because buyer says they have not received it, complete sham, buyer is dishonest, i did my job i should get paid

Terrible company, terrible customer service

Where is Tradesy, this would have never happened.

ve sold a Hat sendind direct shipping. Seller claim is fake and send to VC a fake hat . They canceled my sale and and ask me to send 15 euro for returning the fake hat. I ask them to send me picture with the item they got because mine is authentic and i provide the receipt but they stood with the buyer and don t answer me back

I purchased a belt bag the website.

The item is 45cm at its largest point.

It is described as 38cm.

As per their terms and conditions

If our experts find that the item does not perfectly match its description, we will issue a full refund.

That is a 7cm difference.

I have the right to a refund.

My item nr [protected] has been stolen by Vestiaire collective check and authentication team in Italy/Milan. It was delivered to them 4 days ago for checks and since then there's no information what happened to the item. I contacted customer service but they're unable to locate the item. The order nr is [protected]. Please help.
