Terrible product
Terrible product. The boards are crackin down the middle. They won't honor the warranty. I gotta replace a 4 year old floor. Lotsa complaints on this product.

We got LW Mountain flooring put in 'bout 6 years back, and now we're seein' these light color blotches on a few parts of the floor. We gave your touch up kit a shot, but it didn't do the trick. It's a pretty big area we're talkin' 'bout here. The floorin' we got is called Strand Woven Bamboo Flooring Exotic Walnut. The folks who installed it originally replaced some planks for us, but we're wonderin' if there's a better way to fix it up.
