Mercari review: Zero stars if it was possible

Absolutely horrible customer service
No accountability
I purchased over ten years intermittently on this site which apparently is fine until you have a problem
Two different purcases I made were out for delivery two different sellers
Ups says delivery was made 930 pm wile im home and no truck ever showed up
I call and they wont do anything because go figure no delivery photo was taken : (!
File w mercari and they contact ups and ups says they delivered, obv a lie, so they credit the seller and tell me to contact the police because my merch was obv stolen which is not at all possible.
I am deleting my app because they charge buyers alll kinds of fees which is already a rip off and there is no accountability or help this nevere happens to me on depop or poshmark both buyers and sellers are respected for utilizing the sites. I am just now supposed to assume a loss because someone at ups lied and they wont refund me now.
