I shipped a soft backpack cooler which weighed less than 4 lbs and the box was about 16”x10”x10” which I put into mercaris system when I calculated shipping and it gave me a price. The cooler was delivered and then I was told that the shipping cost $88 on a $35 cooler so I was out all of my money . I received nothing on that sale . I just can’t believe that a package like that would cost $88 to ship.

Claimed loss: $35

Desired outcome: My money back of course and To have Mercari take responsibility for errors and to believe the sellers. Or the sellers are not going to sell through there anymore . I have never had this kind of issue with any other platform
