BudgetAir review: Lying about hidden fees

They are terrible company with not disclosed fees when you book. I booked through them and paid extra for premium tickets that advertised as "free change and free cancel flight". After I realized that I booked on a wrong date, I contacted company immediately. I know the air company doesn't charge anything extra if you cancel tickets within 24h. They couldn't change flight and to cancel. They charge me 2/3 of cost my tickets. They have terrible customer service. The phone number on their website doesn't work. You only can communicate by computer chat.
