My evaluation got completed in 2022 and no changes after that … no inquiry no request … nothing! Now in 2025 I wanted to order a duplicate for an organization which has a deadline and wes is not providing any support after 10 times call … I called them several times and they asked me to wait for 5 business days and nothing happened… nothing! My evaluation status is still pending (under review)
Please someone help me … i’m stressed over 30 days now and every single day i’m waiting for wes to fix this it issue in their website
