I got my edumacation papers checked by International Education Evaluations, LLC and paid all the monies. The order process was confusing so I called their customer service to help me out. They said I could choose where to send the review after it was done. But now they're saying I gotta pay again to send it to my school. The manager, ***, was super rude to me on the phone and blamed me for being slow. If you gotta use myIEE, be ready to pay multiple times for their mistakes. They don't care about fixing their broken system and will take advantage of you if they can.

Don't trust this eval center. I ordered an eval and the guy on the phone only told me to put the uni address, but I also needed to mention my home address to get my docs back. I called 3 times and they said I'd get it, but they sent it to the uni and ruined my docs. The eval was also wrong, they put 0 credits for any unit mentioned by weeks. I had to call and request hours from my uni for re-eval. They don't know diff between hours and weeks. Still haven't received my money back for postal service. They're irresponsible with email and translation was wrong. They promised to call back but never did. Don't waste your money and time. Now I need to spend more money to get my original diploma.

I ordered a Diploma evaluation from International Education Evaluations, LLC on October 18th. It cost me $140 and they also charged me $75 as an application fee. I purchased expedited service, which meant that I would receive my papers in 3 days. However, after two weeks, I reached out to them and was told that some translation was needed. I canceled the order because I needed it ASAP. Unfortunately, I never received any service from them. No one ever called or emailed me anything. They only refunded $140, saying that expedited and application fees are non-refundable. I opened a dispute through my bank, but they received the same answer that those fees are non-refundable. I have this concern, why would I pay $125 for nothing?

I gave IEE $115 to check out my uni transcripts from PUC Uni on Feb 1, 2021. They were supposed to translate it to *** and send me a physical and electronic copy. On Mar 22, 2021, they said I had a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Legal Studies equivalent. But local *** lawyers said it might be different. So I wrote to IEE on Mar 22, ***. PUC is a top uni in *** and ***. I can take the *** Exam in *** cuz of my PUC education. I want IEE to give me more info about this. Ref No. ***.
