Woolworths South Africa review: Secret leaves mia bra

I purchased 2 bras on the 17/01/2020 at the Eastgate shopping Mall. A black and beige one that each cost me R275.00 ea. I wore the black one once and now the underwire on the left hand side is digging into my body. I haven't washed the item. Its brand new. This is an on going problem I have experienced over the past 2 years. I purchase new underwear every 12 months. This seems to be a quality problem. Please can you assist me with how I can change this bra as I have taken the black ones tags off. I have the receipt. I think this is the receipt no R04730039002720200117 under the barcode.
