I have been buying the little ones nappies over 3 years and never had problems until now. I have gone to put three different nappies on my son went to grab the tag and just comes straight off the nappie and im not happy coz i cant just go out and buy nappies everyday. I am disappointed with the brand and the branch. I have had no luck with the woolworths in geraldton first food posioning and now a faulty product im definitely not going back to this store.
charged for items not purchased
Purchased items for morning tea at work from Canterbury Gardens on Friday 16th November. Not until I went to look at my expenses for work did I notice that I have been overcharged for items that I did not purchase. The receipt is showing that I purchased two bags of carrot sticks when in fact I only purchased one packet and the other one is 2 packets of roma tomatos when I again only purchased one. Therefore you have managed to charge $6.50 for items not even purchased.
pork chop
Hi! I bought two pork chops on Thursday from Woolworths Hyperdome, they're in individual packages, the first one was ok but the second pork chop was already off, it was stinky and doesn't look fresh at all. The use by date is 19/11/2018. I had to throw it in the bin.
Your slogan is "The fresh food people", that was far from fresh, lucky I sniffed the meat before I tried to cook it, orherwise I would have been sick. You want value for money as customers, money is so hard at the moment and we just don't want to waste any.
customer service at cronulla woolworths
As one of your loyal customer and shareholders for many years, today I was very upset about customer service provided from your staff Luke at Cronulla Woolworths shop. I walked with my newborn baby in carrier and asked Luke if he can tell me where I can found "PROBIOTIC " he started laughing at me and asked me what's that he doesn't know. I tried to explain but from his face I saw he was making jokes about that and he just walked away. I'm really upset and unhappy with customer service provided by your staff, it's unprofessional and unfair especially now when I had a baby so just simply things like showing or just telling me where I can found it is what I am expecting at least.
I hope you will provide better training and take a care about your customers

This afternoon whilst shopping at Armidale NSW my husband, who had left what he thought plenty of time to shop before picking up our child from School, was left running extremely late and my daughter was left at school waiting for him to arrive.
Once my husband had finished the shopping he proceeded to the checkouts only to find 3 of the 4 checkouts that had been opened suddenly all closed and the checkout operators all walked away from their checkouts leaving only one checkout open to serve 6 customers. What is even more frustrating was there no replacements for the 3 that left and after waiting for 15 minutes was eventually served by the operator who had to come from the BWS store next to the Woolworths store.
My husband and I spend quite a lot of money at our local Woolworths store ($270 today) and we will now take our business to the local Coles supermarket where we know on a Friday afternoon there will be more than one checkout operating to cater for their customers.
Woolworths Armidale you need to lift your game - you have a great new store you just need to maybe look after the customers more. Very disappointing.
baxters tri-flex dental chews
Hi, I bought this product yesterday (15/11/2018) with my online shopping delivery.
I gave one to my dog at approximately 10pm (to keep his nose out of my shopping bags) and within an hour his face was swollen, he was covered in hives and he was vomiting!
I cannot believe he had such a reaction to something I considered a treat.
I am very distressed as we did not sleep at all last night as he was crying and scratching and I was concerned for his breathing. I have since gotten his symptoms under control, but what is in your product?
I am very disappointed, and to be honest I was scared as hell for my dogs well being lastnight.
I will not be buying this brand ever again!
west ryde woolworths supermarket no longer stocks freedom muesli
West Ryde Woolworths supermarker no longer stocks Freedom Foods Muesli Ancient Grains (Fruit Free). About 6 weeks ago the store stopped stocking this item and I now have to go to Coles supermarket to purchase this. I would like to be able to purchase all of my groceries in the one store.
Please ask the manager to stock this item again in the West Ryde store.
25gm tobacco
Requested last night for a 25gm pack of winfield blue tobacco and was given JPs blue tobacco. After opening pack and rolling a cig, I realised something wrong. Went back to shop at 8am following morning to have correct tobacco swapped for the wrong tobacco I was given. Was told by Dylan that there was nothing that could be done as regulations prohibit it. All I want is what I ordered and paid for. Left wrong pack at shop and had to purchase another correct pack.
australian potato wedges
Hi,
I recently purchased your home brand potato wedges from your store in Morrabin. When I was eating them my tooth scratched on a small black stone which was inside one of the wedges when I bit into it. I was shocked to find it and it nearly broke my tooth. I have just recently moved to Melbourne and was told to report this to you incase the food has been tampered with or was just a mistake. I have attached pictures and it was just to make you aware of this. Unfortunately it has now put me off buying this brand.

"unseeded" olives - broken tooth
Hi guys, on Saturday 5th November, my Wife did he usual shop at Woolies, Mortdale, NSW. As usual, she bought a tub of "Olives Sttd grn Chilli & Garlic Pk". Unfortunately. it is not uncommon to discover, to your shock and pain, that some Olives are not unseeded, in these packs. Such was the case when I bit into one, last Thursday, where one of my Incisors was chipped and the filling next to it fell out. I have just been to the Dentist tonight and been charged $260, for the repair.
I'd like to have that refunded please. I'd also like to see better quality control of the product to eliminate thus risk, as far as possible.

Needed to order a cake from Swansea store. Filled out new cake order form with complete details of cake order. Went to front desk to ask how do I submit the paper. They stated they could only take order in between hrs 8-5pm. Stated I work within them hrs. Brody came to service desk and stated I could not give a order out of these times. I stated I could not do between these hrs do to work. I stated all the information was on the form with my phone number so bake manger could ring me with any questions. She rand the manager at home to ask how she takes a order. I stated to her the order was on the form. She stated to me "be quite I am on the phone" she put the manger on the phone who said this was no problem. I handed the form to another assistant as I feel Brody was rude and was not at all worried about my requirements as a customer. I went to self service to pay for the rest of my items and Brody can and through and I mean through a card on the silver serve tray in front of me with a complaint number on it and stated ‘you will need this'. I did not say a word and when I left I handed the card back to the girl at the front service desk and stated if I desired to make a complaint I am capable of finding a phone number or email or FB to make one.
This customer service is rude and not called for. The order form stated to give to bakery or manger.
The worst part I have taken time to type this and I believe this person with have nothing said to her and she will do it to another customer. Sad performance Swansea woollies back to coles.
I shop at woolworths collie :rotten leaking milk and morning staff when shop opens at 8am
On thursday about 2 weeks ago, I complained about the state of the milk shelves and trays, they have dried rotten milk, flaking paint and rust, also shelves are empty until the afternoon staff start. I complain to the staff who get one of the managers to sort the issue only to find when I come back at 12 pm the milk is still empty, shelf is still dirty, I had to get some more shopping, I was there for about an hour and a half I went back to see that one staff member cleaning the shelves and filling milk I thought that's half the day gone when this could have been done earlier
red capsicum
After buying 3 red capsicums this week. On three seperate occasions. For $8.90 a kg I'd expect them to be fresh crisp and flavoursome, not to be riddled with mould on the interior on each occasion. Unfortunately this has been the case, 3 capsicums on 3 seperate days all 3 unusable. Normally would buy the green capsicum but they looked horrendous from the outside without even opening them up. Short of bringing a knife and cutting open up the produce in the store I don't know what to do.
woolworths 385g apple slices pie fruit
I want to complain about a bad product.I purchased it today at Woolworths, Tweed City, Tweed Heads 2485.
When I opened the can of apple slices the fruit looked a grey colour, the fruit was black on the sides. As you can see from the photos.
So inconvenient now to drive back to the shopping centre and have it replaced.
This product needs some attention.
chicken breast meat
I purchased chicken breast meat from woolworths at Victor Harbor
when i cut it up into cubes i found a bone app 1.5 inches long, it seemed sheered in half.
my family ate the meal with the other half of the bone in my partners food.
I have never had bone in breast fillets of chicken and its not good enough. and dangerous to anyone who missed it while eating.
It was purchased around the 26th of october and frozen until today november 11
The piece I found whilst cooking made me double check that it wasnt a nail as in the strawberry scare, it was not.
own brand "linguine carbonara" woolworths
Woolworths Own Brand "Linguine Carbonara" frozen meal.
The looked quite attractive and I though would make a quick delicious meal when short of time, and bought 2 packets.
It was very disappointing, the small pieces of turkey were tough most likely from the leg, which is always tough whatever you do with it. The creamy sauce was watery and a great deal of the water remained in the bottom of the tray at the end of the meal. The mushrooms were ok as well as the pasta. It was tasteless and quite disgusting so I expect that is all you can expect for a small price.
The Microwave time suggested was very short of the mark 6-7 minutes and I do have a new Panasonic 1100W Hi Power Inverter Microwave. It ended up taking 12 minutes to get nice and hot as the bottom of the tray was cold after 8 mins, 10 mins until finally 12 mins. The meals were allowed to stand for 1 minute as stated on the packet.
I am sorry but no more Own Brand Woolworths meals thankyou.

Matt who works as a barista at the Moonee Ponds store in Pratt Street who couldn't mind his business as I was in my car in the car park & so was he & he was yelling at me to get off my phone-like I was actually on blue tooth.. I went round again with my car & he was out of his car took a photo of my car I was mimicking him saying get off your phone with that he approached my car & kicked my back door left a black smudge & dint then he walked into Woolworths with his uniform on cause obviously he had to start his shift. With that I parked my car & headed inside Woolworths, I saw him & approached him demanding to delete that photo he took & asked why he kicked my car & what was it his business to say get off the phone-what is he Sargent Matt?
Disappointed by also his manager Melissa think she was arrogant & came right at my face like she wanted to hit me, I felt quite intimidated..they also called the cops & now me the victim has been banned to enter all Woolworths stores & all the stores Woolworths own as well..this is not how customers should be treated hope that head office as the dignity & profession to act upon this as I am a local here & have been coming here since I was a child!
If Mr.nosey Matt who I don't even know had minded his own business & not make assumptions this would not have happened!

I purchased some chlorine at my local store which was on special. The product scanned at full price and I queried this. He then removed the product from the purchases and called for assistance It took a long time to finally get a member of staff to check it and they confirmed that I was right.
I looked at the young boy supervising the self serve checkouts and said (if a product scans incorrectly I am entitled to that product for free, because I was being incorrectly charged full price). The boy just looked at me, I think he was all of 15yrs old, and thought I was crazy. Sorry he said, never heard of that before. I then proceeded to tell him to go home and google it, which is what I did.
Of course I was able to find that yes I was right, but I was then shocked to see that the receipt does not reflect the true story. It does not have any voids on it or show in any way what happened, I'm sure that's not right?
thawed xlge crystal bay banana prawns
I am sorry to have to do this but I feel it is extremely important.
Yesterday at 5pm, I purchased 6 of the xlrg banana prawns at a small cost of $5.14 from your new store at wadalba, to have with my salad for dinner at 7pm.
Within 2 hours afterward, my face begun to heat up and my stomach started to feel bloated and painful.
The next thing I knew I had myself a bout of food poisoning. Fortunately, my stomach saw fit to remove most of the prawns but left the salad. I spent most of the night, on and off the toilet, finally finishing at 4am.
Woolworths is supposed to be the fresh food people! Not this time, I won't be making the same mistake again!
On a positive note, the store is well set up and the staff are amazing. I will be going back there, just not to the deli section.

While shopping I watched an old man was unhappy regarding the product price. He was mentioning that price tag was not right. One team member was accompanying the gentleman. Then another team member was joined them. This team member was so rude and was shouting to the old man. I was standing and observing them. That lady continuously yelling to that man. I asked One of the team member, what sort of service she is providing to that customer. She advised me that after working all day that team member was unable to hold herself.
My main concern is that this store opened last year and I am doing my regular shopping from here. I never see this customer service in this store. I asked one of the team member of the store regarding the lady and he told me she is new. I am not going to shopping to that store if I find that lady there.

This is about the 6th nappy in the same packet to have the tag not usable.
I have used newborn, size 1, size 2. Now my daughter is in size 3 and this is the first time I've had an issue.
The quality has always been good for us until now. Which is disappointing and stressful because unfortunately we live on a very very tight budget at the moment and can't afford to waste nappies pr buy expensive brands! I really hope this is the last one I find. 🤞🏻
So happy you have made a bigger size. I have a done who is autistic and wears nappies all the time and this brand is the only ones that fit and doesn't five him rashes. Please let me know if you would be making other size and they are so cheap and good quality 1 happy mummy

What is happening to this beautiful and the most affordable product? I am very disappointed, why and how these nappies now gone so low in its quality? Which were my favourite, both Nappies and Wet wipes. I wonder, being these products made in Australia now, the quality should have been better but NO, it went opposit. Please have a look at the pictures attached. I do not need to explain anything more than the pictures that speak.
