IRH78E Please refund in voucher form or cash.
I had to cancel due to an operation and would like to rebook flights for february 2026
I was meant to travel in december 2025 until i had to have an unexpected operation, I would like a refund in either cash or voucher type please.
The flight reference is IRH78E
I would really like this situation resolved especially after being ill, thanks.

Claimed loss: Return flights from Luton to Rome £137.39

Desired outcome: Please refund so that I can rebook flights.
