Do not order from wish! This web site is a scam... Don't use them. The products are cheap, and they will only send you one item per order, even if it's suppose to be in pairs. The representative from the iloveyou store (tina) was very rude and refused to help solve my issue. The wish web site claims "they got your back" but in all reality they don't even care enough to read your complaint let alone help resolve it. They just pass you over to the merchant and say good luck. I will not use this website ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone. My advice is to find another web site... Their products are cheap and their service is a joke!

Big ugly gray sweater from Shanghai. Never ordered it. Hours after opening the package, there was A 2 INCH CHINESE WASP crawling on my bedroom floor! Wtf?! Never ordering again, that's like borderline terrorism. NOT COOL.

I purchased 4 ps3 controls in September 2018 for R934 and I did not receive them.

Please Help. Its Now March 2019 and still no items. I hope this is not a scam.

I received over thirty emails in an hour from Wish.com to verify my email address. There is no way to contact them quickly. There is no unsubscribe link. I do not have an account at Wish.com. now, I never will.

I order wedding set, upon recieveing them I noticed the mans band was scuffed on the inside, the womans band has two marks in the band and one of the marks I can put my nail through and the other mark is solid like the band was sized and not properly done. I'm not happy. Like the rings but this needs to be fixed. I will fix myself, refund my card.

a order was made by mistake, i contacted you right away, "through your website yesterday". Today, I was charged for that purchase. your phone lines are "useless! REFUND! I do not want to refuse it. (I will "probably" get " no refund at all). PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER, REFUND MY MONEY AND DO NOT SEND THIS ORDR. this order WAS NOT to be made!

I have dealt with wish for a very long time and had no problems till this last order and cannot pay for it I have sent you a photo of my previous payments as asked for but still cant get any satisfaction if you don't want my business at least say that.

Everytime I go to introduce my credit card to pay for what I have in the Cart, the face changes to something that informs me that I have payment issues problems. I returned a package to Wish on 12/10 to the address provided by Wish and I have not received status of my refund or to my several inquiries. I am most unhappy with Wish at this time and am not buying from you again until this is settled and advising others not to as well.

I have bought a lot of items from Wish and some items I have not received but I have pay for them. Do I need to seek legal advice?
Your customer support say my account has been flagged so I can not receive my money for items I bought and have not received.

Color was green and it said it was a xxxxl and ordered the item by mistake and it did get delivered but it had some kind of problem so delivery was going to be the next time it was out to be sent.

You Take my money for an order three time, the refund in wish cash it's anuseble, I tried to buy something but still you take money from my bank account, the assistant never contact me, and I think to make a claim to gain my money back, I have the history of orders and the bank paying statements,

Takes a month to get your product are you kidding me will never ever use your app I will tell everybody I know that this sucks would think that when you order something a week would be good two weeks would be fine but for weeks unacceptable I repeat I will never ever use this product after I received my product which is in a month...

I have asked them by email to change my credit card exp date to 11/22 at least 4 times. Still I keep getting "oops your credit card was denied". Please help me to get it to the right Dept.
