Winn-Dixie review: Customer service

I shopped at Winn Dixie, 800 Cockrell Hill Rd., Duncanville, TX 75137 on November 11, 2022. At approximately 5:15 self service checkout I experienced an issue and needed to request assistance from the employee who works that area. She was rude, ignorant, disrespectful and totally dismissive. She approached the station from a distance talking really fast and commenced to suggesting what I should do. I ask her to slow down as I was having difficulty understanding what she was saying, thereby not able to follow her instructions. Afterwards she got belligerent and I ask her to leave and that I would figure it out without her nonsense. She started calling me old and ask that I not ask her for help. She then began bad mouthing the incident to another customer in my presence. It was the fat loud black lady that works the self checkout desk early shift. As the next clerk was replacing the rude, very unpleasant clerk around 5:30-5:45.

As a result, I will never visit Winn Dixie store again. My business will go to Krogers and continue to stay with Costcos. Where the service and experience is exceptional each and every visit.
