Do not do business with Hunter Douglas. We had some blinds malfunction after a short period of time, and despite having a full warranty (which was documented and confirmed), they refused to honour the warranty and ended up only offering us a $200 coiupon to a future purchase. Brutal. Dont do business with a company that doesnt honour their contracts!

Universal Windows Direct - Repair of broken storm door for eight months now .
Had all new windows and sliding glass doors installed over the past two years. The tune of $20,000.00. Front storm door cylinder was ripped away from door frame in dec.2021. After numerous complaints, still no repair. So much for the l severalifetime warranty. In addition sliding glass door frame/trim is still unfinished. Eight months been getting the run around!
