Power Home Remodeling review: They replaced the back door.
I bought a very expensive door and was told their very best craftsman was going to install it. When they were done I had 5 holes in my walls and the job was shotty at best. The door has to be slammed to get it to shut. I was told they didn't do finishing work, they only set the door and the repairs were up to me. After weeks of complaining every day someone was sent how and fixed some of the mess. I included pictures so you can see what I'm talking about.
Desired outcome: I believe it to be fair to get half my money back ($2800) and they can stick their guarantee.
