Neven Skalko review: Conned out of money 1

Last year, I paid this man (Neven Skalko) a deposit to have windows installed in my condo unit. He never installed the windows and still has not returned my deposit to me. The whole operation seems a bit shady - the address on the invoice and the address I found online are no longer in service any more. He also claimed to represent a company, HR LLC, which is completely false. I contacted the company HR LLC registered with the CA Dept of State and they claim to have never heard of Neven Skalko nor do they even do window installations. I have filed with the small claims court but want to prevent him from conning any more people out of their hard-earned money.
