Power installed windows at my home 2+ years ago. In under 1 year the picture widow developed spots from the bottom up, which was an indication of the lining/substance between the double panes had gone bad. Contacted Power and was told there would be a 1 year wait for a replacement. We waited over a year and finally got a call for installation on 03/22/23. On the morning of 03/23/23 the installer called at 7:50a.m., saying the scheduled appointment for installation is canceled because the window was not at the warehouse. Since then we have made several calls to Power and can’t be given an installation date. In fact, the last rep I spoke with sounded like a parrot - repeating the same nonsensical crap over and over. Ask for a manager and was told a manger will contact me. So, to date, no replacement, no date for replacement, no call from manager and stuck with a big picture window, spotted from the bottom up.
Do yourself a HUGE favor. Don’t give your business to this company. They are tremendously overpriced and customer service is horrible. My widows are under warranty and I will be seeking legal counsel on this.

I called power windows because two of the sashes on the windows that they installed had failed. They instructed me that I would have to pay an up charge because the manufacturer doesn’t make that same sash or some of the components this is not what my lifetime guarantee is supposed to be. I contacted the manufacturer. The manufacturer said no they don’t charge an up charge. That’s all on the contractor power windows lied and they’re in breach of contract just to let you know.
We had replacements by Power Windows years ago. We were told that they did the manufacturing themselves and have a lifetime warranty. Every seal failed and were replaced not in a timely manner. Again every window failed. Turns out they do not manufacture the windows but were Harvey windows. For some unknown reason Harvey is out and Pella is in so the Harvey windows that failed were replaced by Pella. Fast forward to 2026 and the last of the Harvey windows and some of the Pella windows have failed. We had two sales folks from Power Windows tell us we had broken seals on some windows. When they were told the windows were theirs and we asked customer service for replacements, they said they'd have a regional manager call us but that never happened. We never heard from a soul. After hounding them for months about the front windows, we were given an installation date for one of the rooms only. I asked the person who called about the other room and she said there was no record of a complaint about another room. We called about that room to reorder and were told that the lifetime warranty will no longer be honored and we had to pay to have every failed window replaced.
