Mr. Shield review: Replacement screen protectors under warranty

I have been trying to contact Mr. shield for several months and no response has been made to me.
I read in some of the reviews it stated that this company does not respond back to its customers and if there are any issues to go through Amazon to get the replacements I am extremely upset please have this situation rectified it's in my purchase history that I purchased this product, and it should be under warranty as a matter fact it is under warranty thank you and have a good day
