FAS Windows review: Windows and doors installation

July of 2022 my wife and I wanted to replace 3 windows and install a set of French doors. It took until February of 2023 for the first time they would.come out. Upon inspection of the product 2 of the 3 window frames were broken. FAS said it would take 3 months to get replacements. July of 2023 which made it 4 months and not 3 like. they said they came out for a second time and 1 of the 3 windows was not painted correctly on the outside. They never said how long to get a replacement this time which I felt like I was left in the dark. They called beginning of September 2023 to make a date for install for a 3rd time. The date was September 16th 2023. This time they never showed up or called. FAS is the most unprofessional company I've ever had to deal with. They have breached contract as far as I'm concerned and I want out. Waiting over a year is unbelievable. I could easily have the job done by another company. We are tired of putting our lives on hold with this.company and feel trapped
