Our new Anderson skylights leak! At the time of installation 3 years ago, our contractors had a Anderson rep out to replace seals in 4 or 5 of our brand new skylights. They leaked brand new. Two years later after a downpour one of the other skylights developed a leak. Anderson rep said seal was defective. Repaired. Determined not to be an installtion issue but a defective window issue. Now, 8 months later, with snow beginning to melt off the skylights, today in one swell swoop, 4 different skylights developed rivers of leaks at the seals, with water running in down the walls in streams. Our drywall is ruined. Who knows about the insulation. The Anderson rep who took our emergency call was extremely nice, said they will send someone out to inspect the windows next week, but will not pay for the damage to the drywall. I hope they honor their warranty. At this moment my husband is out on a 20 ' roof clearing snow off the skylights to prevent more melting snow from leaking into our brand new house...

repair of ceiling and wall drywall. I just hope they honor their window warranty. These skylights were very expensive. Now my husband is out on an 18' snow covered roof trying
to get the snow off the skylights to prevent more melting snow froming coming in
