Window Design Group review: Window installation

My husband and I purchased windows from Window Design Group and to install them as well. We paid $8424.00 they were supposed to take the deposit out first then the 2nd payment after the has started then the final right when they finish or right before. They took out the entire payment the first time. It's been over a year and they still haven't finished. From day one the first day they were supposed to come out they called & said the windows were broken (shouldn't that have been checked before the day of installation). The 2nd time they come out one of the windows was not the right size. Oh and they used screws that were to big & went right through the siding & cracking it. They also didn't bring the screens. The kid that was measuring the window in our room wasn't measuring right so my husband said hey I don't think your measuring it right & told him how it should be done & the kid says no I'm doing it right. When it came in it was the wrong size AGAIN! 3 TIMES. Totally unprofessional & greedy! I advise anyone looking for windows to definitely not call them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also told WDG I want 40% of what we paid to them back. That is more then fair considering all the BS we've been going through with them for over the last year. I know there going to try & tell me no, but I'm not baking down. There is so much more I could say about them but I will leave it at this FOR NOW.
