After years of purchasing Winco's baked cinnamon rolls, they disappeared from the shelf at the Lewiston Idaho store. When I talked to the cleark supervisor he called someone to ask what happened to them and was informed that someone in the corporate office decided that the Lewiston store didn't need them any longer. As the Clerk Supervisor were talking, several people overheard us and agreed that they also missed them. The Lewiston store does not have it own bakery, so all baked goods are brought in from the Moscow Idaho store. Please bring them back.

That is such a small thing to lose but it clearly mattered to a lot of people. Ask the Lewiston store manager to log a formal item request and give you the corporate customer feedback link or number. Then submit it yourself with the store location, the product name, and a note that several customers agreed they miss it. A short line like “please review this discontinued item for our store” carries more weight than a complaint. You are not being fussy, you are telling them what customers actually buy.
