White Castle the service at the carpenter rd location in ann arbor mi

I placed an order at the drive-thru for a #1 combo, and the girl on the intercom was being very short and didn't ask me what type of drink I want it, as if she were in a rush. When I got to the window to pay she tried handing me some random drink that I didn't order. So I let her know I want it lemonade and she gave me the dirtiest look imaginable. As if I were inconveniencing her. If you don't want to work with the public you should probably find another job. I'm very disappointed in today's service.

I am complaining about a lady that works with me name Angie Woods, Monday I was at work and talking to one of the manager (Sangria Jones), and she told me that Angie can do Crave Case boxes, and the new girl (Dawn) can do dishes, well I cause Angie though I was talking about her, and called me on my phone, and I didn't answer my phone cause it was about to die, and her text was not good, she said I know you where talking about me, what you say [censored], and my response was for one don't call me a [censored] and want me to answer you, I really think something needs to be done, she is a [censored] disturber

We are from Atlanta ya visiting we went to your establishment in the Bronx I know it's accross the street from Celos soul food the exact address is 1677 Bruckner blvd bx ny 10472. We Ardennes then went to the window the lady said 22.75 I believe. So we gave her $23 she stared at us we looked at her she said nasty I said $22.75 mi fiancé tamasia said ok that's $23 she counted again closed her window mad went to the back I guess to check if the $20 was real after confirmation it was real she gave change and no receipt. She said you want 2 fruit punch or sutn else we said I thought we ordered one drink. Look I'm not the one who took your order ok nastily she stated but she is the only one wearing the headset. So we said two fruit punch would be fine she sucked her teeth closed the window again my fiancé said just wait till we get our food before they spit in it. As she gave the food we said ketchup tarter and onion ring sauce she said look I already put ketchup I said ok 5 ketchups not handleing all these fries and burgers and whatever else we bought she gave us the. Condiments I parke went in asked for the manager and said I do not know who did your worker wrong this morning but the attitude she has at the window is horrible. With that attitude she should not be working the window people mite get the impression that if tha attitude nasty the food will be to as I'm talking to the manager she notice me stands ext to him and start mumbling words talking trash and acting childish instead of resolving the issue she was making it worse causing a scene and all of the workers to stop working which cost you guys money stores are recorded I should call the news I hope that young lady is delt with accordingly and if that's he kind of publicity you want I can make sure you guys definitely get it it was today at 5am at the window then I went in to the store

White Castle customer complaint about store #040018/time 05:41:59/ drive thru/ receipt #216

While visiting this store on June 3, 2019 via drive through, I complained to staff member about how dirty the window was with sticky finger prints, that she was constantly touching between each customer. I explained that this was a source of staff bacterial build-up and it was very unsanitary pushing food through such a window.

I asked foe a manager who would not appear until I took a picture with my cell phone of the dirty customer window and she was asking for me to delete the image. I refused to give her my phone. explained that the only image seen is the dirty window, nothing else could be seen through it anyway! because of how dirty it was.

No apology, No thank you for your customer concern, nothing but bad attitude, for you to get sued!

White Castle crave case

This is the second time ordering a crave case and we have to wait awhile which is fine but the hamburgers are not even warm. First time I spent $50.00 this time $42.00 to just be very disappointed. No one said they are not cooked when ordered, and to wait 10+min you would think they would be hot. I'm sorry but they don't taste good rewarmed. I was at the shelby twp mi store both times. I told my husband we're done first time I thought ok they got busy burgers sat awhile but the second time I believe you have adopted a new policy making them ahead. There won't be a third chance for us. I tried to call there but keep getting a recording. To eat out is a treat for my family I am very disappointed.

White Castle poor service, can't get orders right. dirty store hair in food.

The Store in Valley Station, Louisville KY. Is the worst White Castle I have ever been in. I Use tostop by there 3 to 4 times a week. Not any more the speaker does not work properly they always say they can't hear me. I have found hair in my food they need hair nets. They are so slow there will be cars lined up all the way around the building. There will be so many staff they are falling over each other. They cannot get a order right even if you go in I ask for mustard no pickles I get extra pickles and no mustard. The place is dirty. At theend of the receipt it will say BoGo free xeafood crab cake sliders or small shrimp nibbler witch they have never hade that false advertising. They need new workers & new management maybe I will go back.

I sent in some information that was requested from your consumer affairs dept. in order to submit a medical claim back in February and I have yet to hear back from anyone! I also submitted the item that cut my mouth for your quality control dept. to investigate and I never heard back in reference to that either! At this point I'm considering other options! To retrieve my expenses I disbursed from your product!

White Castle white castle in howell nj

Drive into drive thru on Memorial Day at around 7:00pm. Manager took almost 5 minuets to come to window and take my money after I ordered at Drive thru. She was rude I when I asked how much longer she gave me a rude answer. Then after about 7-8 minutes she dropped the bag of food on the floor and didn't apologize and definitely did It on purpose..I asked if she was the manner and she said Said yes & I told her I was upset and I would be making a complaint. It said how bad the service is there compared to other locations. Not happy!

White Castle fish sandwich

I placed an order last night from White Castle in orange NJ, Central Avenue. I opened my sandwich & found rat dropping on the bread. I went to the store with the receipt & pictures & videos and the manager only asked "would you want another fish sandwich" I said no. She began to explain that it was clam from the oil and that is very unsanitary. I'm glad that I checked my sandwich before I ate it. My stomach continued on hurting throughout the day so that's how I came upon going to the store to explain my situation. I feel like she was very unprofessional and didn't try to help me resolve my issue she said she couldn't help me in any other way.

White Castle product

Gentleman:

Old customer from the 50s, usually hit up your store in Heath Ohio 4- 5 times per year.
Last Thursday, l stopped in around 5:00 pm for my usual 5 cheese burger sandwiches.
The service was really slow- which is not the normal- and the burgers were just off.
I realizewd later that they were not fresh product. The sandwich was just not up to your standards. In fact they were awful.

Do hope it wont happen again.

White Castle I was served a blue egg.

Placed an online order to pick-up on my way to work for a co-workers birthday. I wish I would have followed my instincts when I saw the condition of the drive-thru window, with all the filth and bird droppings on it, and just drove away. A photo of the window condition is attached. My real issue though is with the food, or not, that was paid for and served to me. It's a blue egg! Photo attached. A very evident and noticeable blue egg hanging out from under the bun. There is no way humanly possible that the employee who prepared this did not notice this but choose to serve this anyway. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. What is it? How did it get there? Do you not have food safety and food quality standards?

White Castle fish & burgers

They need to change the timer on cooking the fish. It makes it too hard and dry. What's up the the hamburgers. They're as small as a postage stamp and very thin. All I taste is the bun. White Castles use to be great. Not anymore. Food has no taste. What happened? The floors and tables are nasty & dirty. Some not all of the workers seem like they don't want to be there. Please have them adjust the cooking time on the fish, make the burgers like they use to be and clean the place up I would appreciate it

White Castle sanitation

This facility was very unkempt & DIRTY to be a restaurant; The floors were dirty, the order window was dirty & greasy, tables not wiped down the complimentary tray was very dirty with unfilled condiments. Not available the overall appearance was appalling! Also a few employees appeared homosexual with no gloves on or hair nets on preparing food...Do they require health food cards and physicals before hiring? Uniforms was not cleaned! I love White Castle and the food was not hot, french fries was old as well! I was very dissatisfied with the overall visitation!

White Castle my loaded fries were incomplete yet I was charged.

So I went to White Castle on the Bruckner Blvd in the Bronx and I checked my bag I did have everything I ordered so I left. But when I got home and opened my loaded fries I was angry to see there was no ranch and no bacon...simply fries and cheese...I was charged for it and I dont understand how you could sell someone a half of their order basically...I didn't think I would have to check if my loaded fries were loaded...

White Castle impossible burger

On May 5th your location on Plymouth Rd in Livonia Michigan said they "hadn't took out the impossibles" and said it would take too long to unthaw. We then tried the location on 24000 schoolcraft. They were out. We then tried the location on Davison in Detroit. 12 cars in line and only two served in 15 minutes. Unfortunately we went home after 3 tries trying to purchase some impossible sliders.

This sorta situation is unfortunately common. Frequently stores don't properly prep or stock the impossible burgers .

How many times do you go through this before giving up and stop going?

P.s. The impossible burger is the only reason I go to White Castle.

White Castle not being able to place an order at my local 24hr restaurant.

Upon arrival at my local restaurant located in Berkeley, MO. It's 6:50 in the evening, I attempt to order in drive thru, but was told I can't order for 10 minutes because I wasn't door dash. I'm sure that's not suppose to be the way this business is ran. Being this is a 24 hr restaurant, which is always busy. I've never been to such restaurant who states you can't place an order because we're handling door dash first.

White Castle a staff at white castle

I went to the Whitecastle on 161 & Karl Road in Columbus Ohio, to place a order. Upon placing the order, I told the lady in the drive-through that I have a coupon for, buy one meal # 3, and get # 2 w/ cheese free. Before I can get my order out of my mouth, she start jumping all over me. Telling me that I need to give her the code on the coupon before placing my order. I told her the code was V 78, she started to become irate, telling me that white castles does not have a coupon with V 78, I asked her to try Y 78 because The writing on the coupon so small, and I could be mistaken. "she said listen lady that coupon is not any good" I told her that I recently received it in a OSU mailer and it does not expire until June 2019. That's when she started being really rude. "I told you the coupon isn't good here" I told her that I was going to call corporate on her. She told me to do that. "I don't care" so I drove off. I'm so sick of White castle night shift employees being rude, and acting like they don't want to work. It's not fair to me, Nor any other Customers. I have been coming to this white castles for over 10 years, And haven't had any problems out of the morning shift. But night shift at the 161 & Karl Rd location need someone to have a team meeting and talk to them about rudeness. They need to know that. Word-of-mouth can make someone, and word-of-mouth can break someone.

Oh grow up child. Telling you something that you do not want to hear is not the same as rude. Telling you the coupon will not work here is not the same as rude. It is not that they DO NOT want to work. They just could not use your coupon. Sounds to me like the only time she got rude was when you were rude to her. Word of mouth will just make you appear foolish since you are mistaking not getting your way as rude.

White Castle dirty

I usually go threw the drive thru but I decided today to go in omg this place is disgusting and dirty. The pad to enter your cc pin is dirty full of oil! The oil to the fryer is dirty looks like they haven't cleaned it in years! Everything in this place is dirty you can see the fingers and around them the diet of the buttons! Someone from management needs to go to this place where are the managers that dont twll there team to clean up!

White Castle fraud

4/16/19 I visited your establishment to order 5 cheeseburgers and also a medium Sprite. Upon leaving the screen I quickly glanced and noticed I was being charged for 5 cheeseburgers and 2 separate donations. (Never was asked to donate nor do I know what it's for) needless to say I usually pay cash but instead gave my Visa as this didnt seem right. When I handed the gentleman my card he immediately said to a lady "he gave me a card" she then finagled with the register then gave me an itemized receipt. Short there after she handed me another receipt and stated there will show two donations on the first one I was handed so I could save money. My feeling are if I gave cash like I'm sure many due, this location will be missing out on a lot of could be profit! As a former businessman I felt it only right to let you aware of this activity/racket!

White Castle specials and sales

I went to White Castle this morning, I saw an advertised special in the window. 20 burgers for 10 dollars if you order online. I pulled over in the parking lot, Had to sign up, give all my personal information and download the app so i could order online. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order. I go in to pay and im told the special is over although the sign is still in your window. I told the girl she had to honer it because it was still being advertised. And she refused. That is not good customer service especially when i went through all that to get your special.
