I went to churches. I've gone twice and the first time I went horrible customer service and the chicken wasn't good so I tried them again. I had to wait in line for 34 minutes listening to them inside of churches on the speaker. I was in the drive-thru and then I asked for the big box with my two sides which you do not say that you can't have okra with the big box. Oh you can't. She tells me oh you can't get okra just corn potatoes and french fries. Then if that's the case when you advertise this big box then you should put exactly what you can get as a side. But this is going to be my last time going to the churches on Northside drive and anybody that I know that goes to that churches. I'm going to let them know that they have very bad service and you can't get what's advertised on the outside. I am so unhappy with churches. Popeyes is a little bit more expensive but the service is better so I guess you really do have to pay for good service

Recommendation: I do not recommend anybody to go to the Northside drive Church's chicken unless the that's your last resort until they get better customer service up in that place. I advise nobody to go there
