Whataburger review: Quality of food/service

We ordered curbside, it advised us to get there at a specific time. We got there at the time even a couple minutes before. We checked in, vehicles got there next to us and they got served before us. So I called and they said they would come out shortly, about close to 30 minutes of waiting we finally got our food. on our way home I tried a fry, they were cold and nasty (tasted like soaked up oil). We get home and noticed that we had a burger missing. I had to travel to go back, and wait in line when I didn’t want to get down in the first place hence the curbside. Then the girl in the front was nice, she had them make my order and redo my fries. This worker comes over to bring me my burger after 10 minutes and I noticed she was still missing my two other fries and she made a face saying “we had given her the fries though” but I let her know that they were cold and ugky when they gave them to us so I asked for them to redo them. And she made a face and went back and 2/3 min later brought my fries, didn’t say sorry for the situation, didn’t even upgrade my fries to a larger size or offer any extra to make the situation better. I was hungry, my family was at home waiting so I just went home.

Desired outcome: I would just like to be heard. I feel like the chain is becoming worse and worse I don’t think I’d want to go back to my location anymore
