Sirenda Chatman in lufkin Texas office is head of payroll. I have faxed a form for wage verification to her office 3 times. I have been waiting on the form since 9/18/18. This is my first attempt to complain about Mrs. SERINDA CHATMAN not doing here job without any explanation. Dealing with this company it always seems to be a delay in paperwork. The customer service is very poor. I will find out more ways to complain to get this employee to do her job.
