Western Dental Services review: GumX an in-house product of Western Dental

This product was pushed as essential for gum treatment for my daughter who has seizure disorder and cardiac patient. I asked if Medical Dental covered as I am 73 on Medicare and Lauren is 40 on Medicaid. They said if it is not covered, this will take care of it, only to leave with an $1187 bill I did not understand. She was not offered a medical dental procedure because they cover gum treatments other than this product, only they pushed this product without explanation only if not approved, Care Credit will pay for it, only it is a personal, non-medical credit card that charged me $1187 and demands payment when her cardiologist did not approve any treatment nor work to proceed. They did not check with cardiology or anyone, though I gave them everything, nor were we given any information on this product, No brochure, not even hearing the name, Gum-X, only that it was necessary treatment to do now and the doctor did speak English well at all. They did not tell me this in house cash cow was merely peroxide and fluorite or that it was not covered by insurance. We feel tricked, alarmed and coerced and want the contract cancelled and charges dropped entirely. This company has 569 complaints against them and no response, how despicable, please help, I cannot afford scam service
