I am filing a complaint regarding the orthodontic treatment provided to my son by Western Dental & Orthodontics. My family relocated to another state. At the time of transfer, my account was paid in full. According to the terms of my contract, any unused portion of treatment fees was to be prorated. I have emailed and contacted office with "NO RESPONSE"
Desired outcome: Based on contract Total allowable charges $2573.00; I paid in full $4700.00 my reimbursement is $2,127.00. I am requesting due to my son not finishing orthodontic treatment due to relocating.
