Western Dental Services review: Emergency dental

I went to Western Dental in Brentwood California. I had a 30 second exam and x-rays taken and told to make an appointment to come back on the 26th when I had an emergency crack tooth. I told the dentist I was in pain and she said there was nothing they could do about it because they were down to one dentist and I would just have to come. I made an appointment in Livermore Western Dental because they weren't so busy to go ahead and just fix my cracked tooth and they told me that I couldn't be seeing there because I would have to not be seen in Brentwood for over a year to be seen there. According to medical you can be seen it any Western Dental at any time for any reason. In another appointment with customer service who insured me that I could be seeing there for an emergency medical due to the fact that my tooth was in pain my face was swollen I have a sore throat and my sinuses are infected.. my situation it said that there was no problem I could be seen. I get there and once again they say I cannot be seen at the livermorewestern dentist for over a year after I had not be seen one of Western Dental in Brentwood. Call customer service again and they said that they would send an email to the manager for an extraction extraction was the only exceptional emergency. The lady at the front desk told me that since the dentist in Brentwood said that I only needed a filling that it wasn't painful and that it wasn't a medical emergency. I'm not an expert but I know what pain and infection is. Customer service representative said he would send a message for my extraction with the manager to see if they could get me in sometime this week. I have three dental plans and keep and take care of my teeth very well why would I want it to be extracted. It's been over 3 weeks I've been in severe pain and have infection and they refuse not to see me do some policy that their customer service is not aware of nor is medical. I just said forget it I'm not going back there I'm afraid they're going to take my tooth out and have been very disappointed with left to turn Dental waste of my time wasting my gas and waste of everything.
