This place EON Clinics in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, is not that great. I'm an old person, 89 years to be exact, and I had an all-on-four implant procedure with them in June . They said it would all be done by December , but boy were they wrong. I had to put up with so much crap - like they made surgical errors and had to keep trying to fix them with more surgeries and meds, which made me feel bad and stopped me from eating all sorts of things. The idiot who operated on me even got into my sinuses and that caused all sorts of problems, like choking, embarrassment and liquids coming out of my nose. After three failed surgical attempts to fix it, they sent me to a different doctor and that kind of helped, but I had to go through even more pain and have even more restrictions put on me. And now recently I had an appointment with EON to finish things up, but I couldn't bring twenty grand for the payment and they were just like, "Too bad for you". They cleaned me up and then my daughter told them it was a waste of time, and the business manager just said "yup". It's not cool to risk getting COVID-19 for an old person like me and to hold my teeth hostage like this. They haven't owned up to their mistakes at all and I don't think they can do anything right anymore. I wouldn't trust them with my medical care at all.

Paid them a lot of dough. They done with my implant on 12/15 but it ain't right. I want my moolah back to go to another implant place that can fix it right.

Eon Clinics promised me a permanent smile with their all on 4 procedure, but it turned out to be a waste of money. They used titanium and plastic bridges, which only last 5-7 years, and didn't properly warrant the materials. They falsely accused me of grinding my teeth despite medical and dental records showing otherwise. I also wasn't informed that their locations are limited to the Midwest, which wasn't convenient for me. Now, they're expecting me to make an 11-hour round trip twice a year for dental service as long as I live. To top it off, they've reneged on their lifetime guarantee and increased service prices beyond what was agreed upon. My front teeth started breaking within 5 years, and they charged me extra to glue them back on. They should have specified the substandard materials in writing, and after losing my plastic front teeth three times in a year, they tried to sell me an expensive upgrade. They compare their all on one bridgework to a car, which requires maintenance, but if these plastic teeth were a car, they'd be recalled. The cheap plastic is a choking hazard and has put me at risk. I want Eon to take responsibility, admit the mistake, and replace the temporary bridge with a longer lasting option at little or no cost to me.
